    摘要: An LED lamp comprises a heat sink with a plurality of LED modules attached thereon, an envelope receiving the heat sink and the LED modules, and a top cover and a bottom cover mounted at two ends of the heat sink via a plurality of fasteners and shafts with an elastic member coiled therearound. The top cover, the envelope and the bottom cover cooperatively form a sealed space receiving the heat sink and the LED modules. When the fasteners are fastened toward the heat sink, the shafts move upwardly relative to the bottom cover, whereby a distance between the top cover and the heat sink is decreased, so the heat sink makes tight contact with the top cover.

    摘要: An LED safety lamp includes a cover, a heat-conductive plate thermally attached to and mounted on the cover, a heat sink thermally attached to and mounted on the heat-conductive plate, a plurality of LED modules attached to the heat sink, a transparent housing enclosing the heat sink and the LED modules and hermetically secured to the cover. The cover includes a hollow tube, a flameproof connector and a flexible component received in the hollow tube. The flexile component is depressed by the connector to expand thereby to seal the hollow tube and fix the electrical wires extending through the flexible component in position, thereby providing an excellent airproof effectiveness to the LED lamp.

    摘要: An LED lamp includes a heat sink, an LED module attached to a top surface of the heat sink in a thermal conductive relationship therewith and a cover coupled to the top surface of the heat sink and covering the LED module. The heat sink is column-shaped and has a central axis. The heat sink comprises a conducting member and a plurality of spaced and parallel fins extending outwardly from the conducting member. A distance between each of inner edges of the fins and the central axis is gradually decreased from the top surface to a bottom surface of the heat sink.

    摘要: A heat dissipation system is used for dissipating heat generated by an electronic device mounted on a printed circuit board. The heat dissipation system includes an enclosure adapted to receive the electronic device therein, the enclosure having a base plate on which the printed circuit board is mounted. A spreader adapted for contacting the electronic device in the enclosure. A plurality of fins disposed between the printed circuit board and the base plate, the fins thermally engaging with the base plate. A heat pipe is used to thermally connect the spreader and the fins together, which are positioned at opposite sides of the printed circuit board, respectively. Accordingly, the enclosure can help to dissipate the heat generated by the electronic device.

The radiators are located within the oven opposite a coating article, radiating heat energy to the coated article, and a plurality of nozzles connected to the internal chamber of the radiators directing fresh heated onto the article, transferring convection heat energy to the coated article. In the disclosed embodiment, the radiators include radiating side and bottom walls having a relatively shallow depth, increasing the flow rate through the radiators, reducing the size and cost of the radiators and the fan.

    摘要: An oven assembly for baking coatings applied to an object includes a housing with a header receiving pressurized air from a ventilator disposed outside the oven. A heater provides heat to the pressurized air received from the ventilator raising the temperature of the pressurized air to between about two and four times curing temperature in Fahrenheit degrees of the coatings applied to the object. The header extends from the heater into the housing. The header has nozzles disposed at spaced locations directing pressurized air at the temperature being between about two and four times the curing temperature in Fahrenheit degrees of the coating applied to the object toward predetermined locations on the object.

    摘要: A heat dissipation device comprises a seat for absorbing heat from a heat generating device. At least a heat pipe has a first section thereof thermally combined to the seat, and two second sections thereof extending from the first section and remotely from the seat. Pluralities of heat sinks are located on the seat. Each of the pluralities of heat sinks has a base and a plurality of fins integrally extending from the base and is made of aluminum extrusion. The bases of the heat sinks thermally sandwich the two second sections of the at least a heat pipe therebetween. At least one of the bases of the heat sinks is angled or perpendicular to the seat.
