摘要: Walking beam furnace comprising movable and stationary andirons supported by movable and stationary keels, respectively, and drive means designed to move a lifting frame and a translation frame according to a rectangular displacement cycle having two vertical positions and an intermediate vertical position, the movable andirons being at the same height as the stationary andirons The furnace further comprises stationary and movable beams, the movable beams arranged between the stationary beams and separated from the latter by a space, the movable keels attached to the movable beams, which are attached to the translation frame and arranged at the same height as the stationary refractory beams in the intermediate position. The furnace further comprises a plurality of skirts attached to the other movable beams defining the separation space and dipping into longitudinal water tanks arranged in line with the separation spaces and attached to one of the separation space defining beams.

摘要: The present subject matter provides colored wear tiles for use in optical sorting apparatuses and related methods that separate an associated material into a desired product and an undesired product. The colored wear tiles have a color and/or lightness value that permeates the entire body of the wear tile and sufficiently differs from the color and/or lightness of the associated material in order to allow the colored wear tile, or portions or pieces thereof, that may mix with the associated material, to be separated from the desired product by the sorting apparatus.

摘要: The invention relates to a method and to an apparatus for producing a steel strip, in particular a steel strip having a bainitic microstructure, such as for example a spring steel strip or a punching tool, wherein the steel strip is made to pass continuously through the following treatment steps: austenitization of the steel strip at a first temperature above the austenitization temperature; quenching of the steel strip, by means of a gaseous quenchant, to a lower, second temperature selected in accordance with a desired steel microstructure. According to the invention, the gaseous quenchant is conducted onto the steel strip in such a manner that uniform cooling is achieved over the width of the steel strip.

摘要: A crash load absorption structure for a motor vehicle. The structure includes a compressible load absorbing structure. The compressible load absorbing structure includes a front portion and a rear portion. The front portion and the rear portion are arranged to compress under a crash load along a generally longitudinal direction. The compressible load absorbing structure also includes a structural joint located within the compressible load absorbing structure, the joint is between at least two structural members. A load transfer element is configured to promote breaking of the structural joint during a vehicle crash.

摘要: A continuous furnace for baking ceramic molded parts has a heating area (14), a baking area (16) and a cooling area (18). At least one smoke gas duct (22) extends from the heating area (14) into a combustion chamber (24) and at least one hot air duct (28) leads back from the combustion chamber (24) to the heating area (14). Hot air loaded with binder fractions is extracted from the heating area at one or several spots. The combustion gases are then led into a combustion chamber where they are burned, so that a largely purified hot air may then be led back to the heating area.

摘要: In a baking oven for baking a relatively planar work such as semiconductor substrates, LCD panels and integrated circuit boards, a laterally elongated slot is formed in a shutter door which is moveable in the vertical direction. The oven main body is internally provided with a rack having a plurality of shelves which are each associated with the slot of the shutter door in such a manner that the work supported by each of the shelves of the rack may be aligned with the slot of the shutter door by appropriately determining the vertical position of the shutter door. Thus, by minimizing the area of the access opening of the oven main body, not only the loss of energy is minimized but also undesirable fluctuations in the internal temperature of the oven main body is minimized.
