    摘要: A camera has at least one motor, a spindle gear (i.e. a gear having a spindle) for rewinding and thrusting a film, a cam that rotates together with the spindle gear when the spindle gear is rotated in a film-rewinding direction and that remains at rest when the spindle gear is rotated in a film-thrusting direction, a direction-limiting mechanism for permitting the spindle gear to rotate in the film-rewinding direction only when the motor is rotating in a forward direction, and a transmission mechanism that comes into contact with the cam when the motor is rotating in a reverse direction and that, when the cam is in one of predetermined rotation positions, engages with and thereby transmits a driving force of the motor to a corresponding one of driven members provided one for each of the predetermined rotation positions. In this camera, paths for transmitting the driving force of the motor are switched by first rotating the spindle gear in the film-rewinding direction to bring the cam into one of the predetermined rotation positions and then reversing a rotation direction of the motor.

    摘要: A lens barrel has a focusing operation and a zooming operation which are carried out with only one driving source which is installed outside the lens barrel so as to realize a most suitable resolution for each of the operations. A rotary cylinder which supports a zooming frame which is axially movably therein, is connected to a linear-moving cylinder with a bayonet, which is axially movably supported inside a fixed cylinder. A focus rotation transmission key of a driving cylinder drives a lens frame which engages the zooming frame by a connecting helicoid. A zooming rotation transmission key of the driving cylinder engages an edge surface, forming a rotation transmission groove, of the rotary cylinder, with a play range. Upon rotation of the driving cylinder, only the lens frame is rotated to operate a focusing operation within the play range; however, the rotary cylinder is rotated to operate a zooming operation when the key contacts the edge surface of the rotary cylinder.

    摘要: An art of a driving device for appropriately improving a response of an SMA actuator will be provided. A portable telephone 1 has an image stabilization system 10 for driving an image pickup unit 9 by a pair of driving members 15a and 15b functioning as actuators, thereby performing image stabilization. Driving members 15a and 15b are formed as a wire of shape memory alloy (SMA) and when a voltage is applied to both ends and a current is supplied, driving force is generated in the contraction direction. With respect to the wire diameter of the SMAs, the wire diameter of the SMAs is set between 10 μm and 80 μm, thus the mountability and response are improved appropriately.

    摘要: A driving device is adapted to drive a driven member, and includes a driving member, and a linear shape memory alloy (SMA) actuator. The driving member has a displacement output portion which is movable in a first axis direction, and a displacement input portion for moving the displacement output portion in the first axis direction in response to an application of a moving force in a second axis direction orthogonal to the first axis direction. The driving member is engaged with the driven member at the displacement output portion. The SMA actuator is disposed in contact with the driving member at least at the displacement input portion to apply the moving force to the displacement input portion.
