摘要: A method of manufacturing display panels includes the steps of forming a material layer on a substrate (23), and baking the material layer formed on substrate (23) which is placed on a supporting bed (20). The supporting bed (20) is formed of a first supporting bed (21) and a second supporting bed (22) placed on the first one (21). A difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the second supporting bed (22) and the substrate (23) is set smaller than a difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the first supporting bed (21) and the substrate (23), and the substrate (23) is placed on the second supporting bed (22) such that the second supporting bed (22) exists around the substrate (23) during the baking step for being heated and baked. This structure allows suppressing the production of scratches on a surface of the substrate (23).

摘要: In association with a solenoidal coil 10 being energized to unlock a shift lever, a first movable core 9 and a second movable core 11 magnetically stick together so as to rotationally move in unison from an original position in which the first movable core 9 engages with the second movable core 11. Because the first movable core 9 and the second movable core 11 stick together before unlocking the shift lever, it is possible to avoid the first movable core 9 from hitting the second movable core 11 so as to eliminate an operational noise which would otherwise be produced by hitting the first movable core 9 against the second movable core 11. A lock plate 7 and a link plate 8 are rotatably provided around a rotational center 6 in relative to the solenoidal coil 10. This prevents the lock plate 7 and the link plate 8 from moving rotationally in unison with the solenoidal coil 10, thus enabling the lock plate 7 and the link plate 8 to a smooth and quick rotational movement.

摘要: An organic EL panel formed by interposing a resin layer between a sealing cover and a substrate on which an organic EL device section has been formed, making it possible to dispense with a hardening treatment of the resin layer, thereby avoiding an organic EL device deterioration possibly caused by the hardening treatment and at the same time simplifying the manufacturing process. A substrate on which an organic EL device section has been formed, is bonded with a sealing cover which if necessary is provided with a desiccating member, through the resin layer interposed therebetween. The resin layer is formed of a high molecular elastomer, making it possible to dispense with the hardening treatment of the resin layer.

摘要: In an air ionizing apparatus of a type utilizing a sheath gas not containing water (hydrogen) or impurities to sheathe corona electrodes, sufficient amount of ions are generated to fully eliminate static electricity from the interior of a production environment such as a clean room and to prevent the impurities from depositing on the corona electrodes. The tips of corona electrodes 21a and 21b are positioned inwardly of the tips of sheath gas nozzles 4a and 4b, respectively, by a certain distance. The distance is so determined that for a sheath gas containing no negative gaseous molecules, electrons emitted by corona discharge can reach air existing outside the sheath gas nozzle 4b and that for a sheath gas containing the negative gaseous molecules, negative ions emitted by corona discharge can rapidly disperse into the air outside the sheath gas nozzle 4b without remaining in the interior of the nozzle 4b.
