摘要: An LED illumination device includes LED lamp modules 34 coupled in a vertical direction. Each of said LED lamp modules 34 includes a base 12, a bus bar circuit 35 formed on the base 12, and a cover 25 connected to the base 12 to cover the bus bar circuit 35. A locking frame 14 (coupling portion) to be coupled with the upper LED lamp module 34 is formed on said base 12. A locking arm 32 (mating coupling portion) to be coupled with said locking frame 14 on the base 12 of the lower LED lamp module 34 is formed on said cover 25. Further, a guiding groove 18, into which said locking arm 34 is inserted, is formed on said base 12 near the locking frame 14, and a guiding hole 27, into which said locking frame 14 is inserted, is formed on the cover 25 near the locking arm 32.

摘要: A connector supporting structure includes a female connector 4 temporarily engaged in a bracket 3 fixed to an instrumental panel 1 and a male connector 5 where a cam lever 27 is rotatably supported by a male connector housing 26. Since a rotation handling part 39 of the cam lever 27 butts against a step part 16A of the bracket 3 to receive a reaction force, the cam lever 27 is rotated to effect the engagement between the connectors 4, 5. On the lateral side of the front end of a male connector housing 26, protective cover parts 26B are formed so as to extend sideways. Before fitting the connector 4 to the connector 5, the protective cover parts 26B operate to protect the rotation handling part 39. When fitting the connector 4 to the connector 5, the protective cover parts 26B come into contact with a guide slant face 15a formed on the bracket 3, so that the cam lever 27 can be prevented from being broken.

摘要: In a lever-actuated connector, on one end part of a side surface of a connector body (23) is formed a protruding lever insertion rib (27), into which an end (24C) of a lever (24) is inserted, which allows the end (24C) of the lever (24) to rock, and which extends upwardly and downwardly. An upper rib linking part (27A) that joins opposing walls that surround a lever insertion slit (31) is formed larger than a lower rib linking part (27B), and an upper through hole (32) communicates between the upper end surface of the upper rib linking part (27A) and the lever insertion slit (31). By adopting this configuration, when the lever insertion slit (31) is formed, die removal is done upwardly and downwardly, and it is not necessary to use a sliding die, thereby simplifying the die construction for the connector body (23), reducing the cost, and also enabling smooth insertion and fitting together of connectors.

摘要: A coupling connector includes: a connector housing of a first connector having an engagement piece formed by projecting an outer wall thereof; and a connector housing of a second connector having an engagement groove formed on an outer wall thereof. In the construction, the engagement piece is engaged with the engagement groove. The engagement piece and engagement groove are formed so as to be engaged with each other in an engagement direction intersecting perpendicularly to a coupling direction where the first and second connectors are coupled to each other. The connector housing of the first connector is slid to the coupling direction with respect to the connector housing of the second connector so that the engagement piece is engaged with the engagement groove so that the first connector and second connector are coupled to each other.

摘要: A mounting opening 26 is formed. A first connector 30 comprises a first connector body 31 and an engaging lever 32 which is pivotally supported by a pivot 33 such that the engaging lever 32 project from a rear end surface of the first connector body 31. Projecting from one end of the engaging lever 32 are an engaging projection 43 engaging with a back surface side of a mounting plate 21 around the mounting opening 26, and a cam lever 42 engaging with a front surface side of the mounting plate 21 nearer to the pivot 33 than to the engaging projection 43. A connecting projection 40D projects from the other end of the engaging lever 32. An inner wall of the second connector 50 to which the first connector 30 is fitted is formed with a guide groove 54A for guiding the connecting projection 40D in its fitting direction at an initial fitting stage to the first connector 30, and a curved groove 54B for guiding the connecting projection 40D in a direction other than the fitting direction after the first connector 30 is fitted. Therefore, since the cam lever 42 abuts against the panel and functions as a fulcrum, it is possible to reliably fit the second connector 50 to the first connector 30.

摘要: A lever engagement type connector in which the connector (male connector) is engaged with a female connector by rotating a lever attached to the male connector. An engagement fulcrum, which becomes a fulcrum in the case of engagement of the male connector with the female connector, and a disengagement fulcrum, which becomes a fulcrum in the case of disengagement of the male connector from the female connector, are arranged in an engaging hole of the female connector being separated from each other, and a space formed between the engagement fulcrum and the disengagement fulcrum becomes an idle running space. When the lever is rotated, a protrusion of the lever is moved in the idle running space under the condition of disengagement. Therefore, the male connector can be simply disengaged from the female connector by a low intensity of force.
