    摘要: The present invention provides a process for preparing 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene comprising the steps of: (a) reacting 3,3,3-trifluoropropyne with hydrogen fluoride while heating to obtain a product containing 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene; (b) separating the product obtained in Step (a) into Component A containing 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene and 3,3,3-trifluoropropyne, and Component B containing 1,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene; (c) separating 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene and 3,3,3-trifluoropropyne contained in Component A obtained in Step (b) into each compound; (d) conducting a dehydrofluorination reaction by heating Component B obtained in Step (b) in the presence of a catalyst; (e) separating the product obtained in Step (d) into Component C containing 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene and 3,3,3-trifluoropropyne, and Component D containing 1,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene; (f) separating 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene and 3,3,3-trifluoropropyne contained in Component C obtained in Step (e) into each compound; and (g) conducting a dehydrofluorination reaction by heating Component D obtained in Step (e) in the presence of a catalyst.     摘要: A production method in which reaction processes are divided into two regions comprising one reaction region where mainly perchloroethylene is made to react with HF in a vapor phase in the presence of a catalyst and the other reaction region where HCFC-123 (CF3CHCl2) and/or HCFC-124 (CF3CFHCl) is made to react with HF in a vapor phase in the presence of a catalyst, the former region being kept at a higher pressure and the latter region at a lower pressure during the reaction procedure. By this method it is possible to keep the conversion of perchloroethylene at a high level while securing the life of a catalyst, and it is also possible to raise the selectivity of HFC-125. This is a method of producing HFC-125 in which the content of CFC-115 is lowered to not more than 15 vol % of the total amount of HFC-125 and CFC-115, and then CFC-115 is made to react with hydrogen in the presence of a catalyst. By this method, reaction conditions can be lightened and the absolute amount of by-products also decreased, and the effective purification of HFC-125 can be realized.

When the mixture of HFC-125 and CFC-115 is subjected to extractive distillation so as to obtain concentrated HFC-125, methanol, ethanol, butanol, propyl alcohol, pentafluoropropanol, tetrafluoropropanol or acetone is used as an extractant, whereby CFC-115 is obtained as a distillate product and a mixture of HFC-125 and the extractant is separated from HFC-125 by distilling the mixture and re-used in the extractive distillation.
