The swirler includes one fuel tube for gaseous fuel positioned in parallel on each side of a mixing rod in the passage, wherein the fuel tubes are provided with a plurality of diffuser holes distributed along the tube acting as gas injectors for efficiently distributing fuel in a flow of air passing through the swirler passage.

The external shape of the attachment part is scanned at a scanning station at which a wax model is used. The scanned information is digitized and transmitted to the production station. An insert which has the surface configuration of the implant or of the second attachment part is selected from among a number of units having different possible surface configurations. The unit is applied in or on a holder which is centered on a turntable. The holder is provided with or operates with or operates with orientation information for the holder relative to the table. The model which is designed as a wax model is applied on the holder over the unit. The turntable is rotated and the external shape of the wax model is scanned. A blank with a pre-produced surface configuration which corresponds to the said selected surface configuration is machined in the machining equipment with the aid of the digitized information and the said rotation information.

In an arrangement for recreating a model, use is made of an original model (1) of implant and/or tooth remnants (2-5) in a system for producing a dental construction (32). The system includes a reading apparatus (10, 13) and a first levelling function (6). A reproduction of all or part of the original model is created in CAD equipment. The said dental construction is created in the CAD equipment, and the reproduction and the construction are divided up into parts whose axes of inclination and contact surfaces are identified in terms of position and direction. Replicas of the implant and/or tooth remnant parts and the construction parts are produced and mounted on a mounting member (23) after bore holes for the replicas of the tooth remnant parts have been established using boring equipment. The said bore holes are established by means of a second levelling function and the bore holes receive positions and longitudinal axis inclinations which correspond to the positions and the inclinations of corresponding axes in the original model. The replicas for the tooth remnant parts can be fixed in terms of angle of rotation in the mounting member with position-fixing members (identification members). The last-mentioned replicas form the recreated model on which the construction replicas can be applied.

For example, a remote terminal measures the quality of a received signal, either by determining the frame error rate or the bit error rate, and reports its quality measurement to a network by sending a quality message. The network causes the signal transmitters to adjust their transmit power levels appropriately. Faster power control methods may be combined with slower power control methods for downlink (network to remote terminal) transmissions in various communications scenarios, such as soft hand-overs.

A method of stabilizing a communication system having base stations and mobile stations using integrated control of both signal transmission power levels and signal congestion levels. In particular, the method includes measuring a quality such as a signal to interference ratio of a signal transmitted from a mobile station to a base station and measuring a total received signal power at the base station. The signal transmission power of the mobile station is changed based on comparisons of the measured signals with predetermined threshold values. When the measured total received signal power at the base station exceeds the corresponding predetermined threshold value, a congestion control algorithm is executed to reduce the signal congestion level.

A method and apparatus for manufacturing a product for use in the human body using a model having different parts are provided. The method comprises the steps of determining the position of the parts with an apparatus which generates first information related to the position of the parts. The contours of the parts are then scanned with a scanning members, which is functionally separate from the apparatus, and which represents the contour with electrical signals. The electrical signals are supplied to a computer unit which transforms the electrical signals into second information which is arranged in files. The first information and second information is processed concurrently with a computer program run on the computer unit, whereby the positions of the parts in a construction are represented on a computer screen. The processing information representing a construction is then provided from the computer unit to manufacturing equipment which is used to make the product.
