摘要: A vibration damper includes a damping element and a pneumatic spring, where the damping element has a container tube, a fastening part, and a piston rod, and where the pneumatic spring consists of a spring bellows acting as a roll bellows, an outer tube connected to the mass whose vibrations are to be minimized, and a roll-over tube carrying a roll-over profile. The spring bellows forms one boundary of an elastic space filled with a pressurized gas, whereas the roll-over tube seals off the gas space from the container tube and is attached thereto. A stamped and formed support ring, which supports the roll-over tube on the container tube and serves to suppress tilting movements, is installed between the container tube and the roll-over tube.

摘要: A shock absorber includes a damping element and an air spring, the damping element having a container tube, a fixing part and a piston rod. The air spring has a spring bellows acting as a rolling bellows, an outer tube connected to a mass to be held with little oscillation, and a rolling tube bearing a rolling profile. The spring bellows bounds a gas chamber provided with a gas filling under pressure, while the rolling tube seals off the gas chamber with respect to the container tube and is fixed to the latter in the axial direction. Between the container tube and the rolling tube there is arranged a compression stop cap having three webs and thickened ends, which serve as a stop on the container tube for the rolling tube and to dissipate the radial force component acting on the latter.

摘要: In a weight sensor operating according to the principle of electromagnetic force compensation, the essential parts are fabricated from a single block of material. The weight sensor has a load receiver (10), which is connected through an upper guide (12) and a lower (11) guide to the housing-integral base body (1) of the material block. The weight sensor also has several force-reduction translating levers (21,22; 24, 25,25′; 27,27′,28) and coupling elements (18,18′, 23, 26,26′) between the translating levers (21, 22; 24 ,25,25′; 27,27′,28). The housing-integral base body (1) projects in the direction of the load receiver (10), extends into the space between the two guides (11, 12) and forms a support point for the first translating lever (21, 22). The weight sensor is equipped with a coil (34), which is fastened at the longer lever arm (28) of the last translating lever (27,27′,28,29,29′) and is situated in the magnetic field of a permanent magnet. To reduce the overall height and to receive higher loads, at least one translating lever is at least partially split into two partial levers (25, 25′; 27,27′; 29,29′). At least one coupling element is split into two partial coupling elements (26,26′; 38,38′). The partial levers and the partial coupling elements are arranged symmetrically on both sides of the projecting part (3) of the base body (1).

摘要: A method of producing a print, especially a multicolor print, especially for proof purposes, by controlled heating, in accordance with an image, of a surface layer one or more laser beams from a laser imaging unit and by applying the selected surface elements to a substrate. For the purpose of imaging the substrate, applied to a substrate cylinder, use is made of a tape-like transfer tape with a width which is small in relation to the substrate width, so that the gas produced during the laser imaging operation can escape to a sufficient extent because of the substrate and transfer tape being placed opposite each other over a small area. During the imaging operation this transfer tape is guided continuously through between the substrate and the laser beam or beams, close to the substrate surface, and is moved over the substrate width simultaneously and in synchronism with the movement of the laser imaging unit.

摘要: A system of distribution devices is disclosed. The housing of each distribution device has at least two physically and functionally separate functional regions. At least one first functional region is for connecting and/or storing data conductors. At least one second functional region exclusively for guiding data cables having the data conductors. When a plurality of such distribution devices are grouped next to one another and/or one above the other to form a system of a plurality of distribution devices, the functional regions which are used exclusively for guiding data cables having the data conductors form at least one cable guide channel, which extends continuously in the horizontal and/or vertical direction over a plurality of distribution devices.
