    摘要: An air spring assembly for a vehicle having a damper body decoupled from a piston, allowing the damper to rotate freely without inducing torsion into the piston. The air spring assembly includes a damper body, where part of the damper body is disposed in a piston, and a decoupling mechanism connected to the damper body. The decoupling mechanism allows for rotation of the damper body relative to the piston, preventing torsion from being transferred from the damper body to the piston. The decoupling mechanism includes an adapter ring connected to the damper body, and a rotatable machine element surrounding the damper body. The adapter ring is surrounded part of the piston, and the rotatable machine element is adjacent the adapter ring. The inner wall of the piston is in contact with the rotatable machine element, such that the rotatable machine element facilitates relative rotation between the piston and damper body.

A seal is molded with piston walls to form an integrated piston assembly.     摘要: An air spring assembly or air spring damper with an integrated valve control for controlling a level position of a vehicle or of a driver's cab includes a rolling tube, a lid and an air spring bellows which together delimit a pressure chamber with compressed air. A control valve includes an actuation device for feeding compressed air into the pressure chamber or for discharging compressed air from the pressure chamber. A compression spring device has a first end operatively connected to the rolling piston or the lid and a second end operatively connected to the actuation device. The compression spring device is configured with at least two parts including a central spring facing towards the rolling piston or the lid and a control valve biasing spring facing towards the control valve. The central spring is biased to a greater extent than the control valve biasing spring.

    摘要: A pneumatic spring-vibration damper unit is provided for absorbing shocks on wheels and chassis parts of motor vehicles. A variable air chamber is delimited by a rolling bellows which is disposed between a first subassembly that is fixed to the vehicle body and is provided with a vibration damper system and a second subassembly that is fixed to the vehicle chassis and is movable therewith. A piston rod connects the first subassembly located at the vehicle body end and the second subassembly located at the chassis end and whose free end located at the vehicle body end is accommodated inside a cylinder tube of the vibration damper system so as to be longitudinally movable by means of a piston. The piston rod (8) is guided within the cylinder tube (6) of the vibration damper system (2) so as to be longitudinally movable with the aid of a drag bearing arrangement (13). This allows the longitudinal axis of the piston rod to be angularly deflected relative to the central longitudinal axis (18) of the cylinder tube (6) while a joining element (10) which is fastened to the piston rod (8) and the piston (9) by a respective ball-and-socket joint unit (11, 12) is positioned between the piston rod (8) and the piston (9).
