摘要： A seal device provided with a pair of seal rubber rolls arranged to seal a cloth material inlet or outlet formed in a steamer drum body for hygro-thermic treatment of a cloth material. The seal device has a tubular cloth material passage which extends upward at least 400 mm above the seal rubber rolls and has an opening at the lower end thereof abutting the rubber rolls, the transverse width of the opening is a little larger than the breadth of the cloth material to be processed and a longitudinal width of the opening measures about 3 mm; a liquid supply mechanism adjoins the inlet of the cloth material passage; and a pair of weir plates are disposed within the liquid supply mechanism on both sides of the cloth material passing therethrough and are arranged to permit adjustment of the gap between them for allowing the cloth material to pass therethrough.

摘要： A continuous processing apparatus for treating a tubular knit fabric material through a high pressure steamer drum body. The steamer drum body contains a driving drum rotatably arranged in the middle part thereof; many fabric material receiving rolls arranged to guide the fabric material in a spiral manner within the steamer drum body; and a pot eye arranged close to a fabric material inlet of the steamer drum body to wring the fabric material into a rope-like shape. In the vicinity of a fabric material outlet of the steamer drum body, there are provided an air supply pipe which supplies air into the rope-like shape of the fabric material to swell it into a tubular shape; and a flattening device which is arranged to flatten and spread out the tubular fabric material in the direction of breadth thereof immediately before the material is guided to the outside of the apparatus.

摘要： A high pressure steamer for high hygro-thermic treatment of a cloth material, comprising a drum body which is capable of maintaining a high humid heat of 110.degree. to 160.degree. C. therein and is arranged to continuously introduce the cloth material thereinto and to guide it out therefrom, a cloth material transporting mechanism which conveys the cloth material in a no tension and relaxed state and a slow cooling tank which gradually cools the conveyed cloth material down to about 50.degree. C. The high pressure steamer incorporates therein a monomer recovering mechanism wherein, between the end part of the cloth material transporting mechanism and the slow cooling tank, there is provided a washing tank for washing off a monomer sticking to the cloth material, which is made of, for example, polyester fiber. The washing tank is equipped with a waste liquid discharge pipe arranged to guide to the outside of the high pressure steamer a washing treatment liquid which contains the monomer washed off the cloth material.

摘要： A pressure sealing device for a high pressure steamer. The device comprises a main sealing body including 2 to 5 stages with a pressure reducing chamber in each stage and arranged into one unified body with a textile product passage continuously provided in the middle part of each of the pressure reducing chambers. On opposite sides of each of the upper and lower end openings of the passage provided through the main body, there are disposed a pair of seal rolls which are in pressed contact with each other in such a way as to close the opening.

摘要： A seal device for a high pressure steamer including a pair of rubber seal rolls pressed against each other and mounted on and forming a closure for the opening at one end of an inlet or outlet passage guiding the fabrics to be treated into or out of a high pressure steamer. The device also includes sealing plates disposed in pressed contact against the internal pressure of the steamer with pressure bearing surfaces of the rollsclose to the contacting or nip forming portion of the rolls for blocking the interior of the steamer from its exterior. A cylindrical duct is formed within the passage, with one end of the cylindrical duct communicating with the interior of the steamer while the other end is located close to the contacting portions of the seal rolls. An air port for supplying pressurized air is provided between the cylindrical duct and the passage.

摘要： An apparatus for the automatic concentration control of an aqueous caustic soda solution in a cloth treating tank through which a cloth to be treated is continuously transported, comprising the provision of a means for adding a neutralization agent to a sample of the caustic soda solution which was squeezed out of a cloth that had been soaked with an aqueous caustic soda solution while in a cloth treating tank; a sensor for detecting the neutralization point of said caustic soda sample solution, to which the neutralization agent is added on the basis of electrical conductivity; a means for detecting the caustic soda concentration of said caustic soda sample solution prior to the addition of the neutralization agent on the basis of the amount of the neutralization agent added until said caustic soda sample solution becomes neutralized as detected by means of said sensor; and a means for supplying a supplementary caustic soda solution to the caustic soda solution in said cloth treating tank so that its concentration is controlled to a prescribed value on the basis of the caustic soda concentration of the caustic soda sample solution detected by said detection means.

摘要： A high temperature hot liquid jet nozzle comprising a cylindrical liquid supply tube having a slit along its generating line and a steam jet pipe provided coaxially within the liquid supply tube forming a narrow gap therebetween to serve as a liquid passage and having a steam jet opening positioned in the slit. 摘要： A high pressure steamer for continuous wet-heat treatment of a cloth has an inlet and an outlet for taking a cloth continuously in and out of the steamer body. The cloth inlet has an inlet side seal mechanism provided with a liquid seal tank and the cloth outlet has an outlet side seal mechanism provided with a slow cooling tank. A plurality of liquid application tanks and prewashing tanks are provided in the steamer for boiling the cloth passing through the steamer intermittently and repeatedly. A filter is provided for cleansing waste water exhausted from the slow cooling tank. A heat exchanger is provided for heating cleansed water by the use of high temperature waste liquor from the prewashing tank, and conduits supply the heated water to the liquid application tanks and prewashing tanks.
