    摘要: A conveyor-driven fabric dyeing machine includes a recovery container and a dye chemical saving structure. One or multiple containers are provided for recovering and storing hot water for use in a next dyeing operation in order to achieve an effect of saving energy and shortening dyeing time. If desired, liquids for dyeing may be directly collected and recovered, such as water with low contamination or alkali liquid for specific treatment, for use in a next dyeing operation in order to achieve an effect of saving water and reducing the amount of chemicals consumed, and also to reduce the amount of dye and chemicals that is consumed due to oxidation and reduction caused by air. The recovery container may be provided therein with a heat exchanger for recovery of heat. A gas filling opening is formed in the machine body for introducing a gas to expel out air.

    摘要: The invention concerns a sealing unit with rollers (7, 8) for the inlet (5) or the outlet of a treatment apparatus traversed by a conveyor belt (6) passing between the rollers, particularly an air and/or steam pressure apparatus. The sealing means between the frame (2) of the unit and the rollers are designed to be reliable, sturdy and easy to maintain. Specifically, they comprise an upper sealing device (29) and a lower sealing device (30), each one of which is in vertical contact with the corresponding roller (7, 8) and with a fixed element (27, 28). Each one of these devices may comprise a base plate (33) with a shaped slippery covering, consisting of a superficial strip (35) made of PTFE on a strip (34) of compressible flexible material. These devices may be removed without removing the rollers (7, 8). The contact means urging the sealing devices may have springs or hydraulic cylinders (31) or pneumatic cylinders.

C., and wet-heat treating the cloth therein while maintaining the total water content of the cloth to not less than 170% by applying hot water repeatedly to the cloth by using liquid apply means provided in the steamer body. A cotton cloth can uniformly and eminently be bleached in a short time continuously.

    摘要: A method of and device for sealing a high pressure steamer for the continuous wet heat treatment of a cloth utilizes a steamer body provided with a seal mechanism consisting of a pair of seal rubber rolls located at the cloth inlet and the cloth outlet thereof, and includes filling a gas having a density heavier than air in a cloth passage into and out of the steamer body and providing a gas body between each of the cloth inlet and the cloth outlet and the cloth passages into the steamer body with the seal rubber rolls under the same pressure as in the steamer body. A gas having a density heavier than air to be filled in the gas bodies may be replaced with air. The leakage of high temperature and high pressure steam in the steamer body through the inlet side and outlet side seal mechanisms can completely be prevented, and consequently, the seal mechanisms can be operated at the ordinary temperature without damaging the seal rubber rolls constituting the seal mechanisms.
