摘要： The washing of carpets, to which belong a comparatively stiff bottom structure and a fibre layer fixed to the bottom layer, is troublesome and laborious. The object for the invention is a device for washing of carpets, to which device belong rolls, supported on which the carpet is arranged to be conveyed within the device, to which rolls belong the supporting roll (2) for supporting of the carpet during the washing and a rinsing roll (4), placed at a distance from the supporting roll, for supporting of the carpet during rinsing. To the device belongs a between the supporting roll and the rinsing roll placed washing and rinsing apparatus (6), which is arranged to flush under pressure being detergent on the surface of the carpet located on the supporting roll and scavenging agent on the surface of the carpet located on the rinsing roll.

摘要： An industrial washing machine has a pair of rows of vertically spaced rotatable rollers for causing fabric to be washed to follow a horizontally sinuous path. Wash water is supplied from above the rollers down onto the fabric. Perforated trays are disposed under certain rollers so that a roller and the perforated tray immediately therebeneath is separated during a washing operation by a run of fabric. The perforated trays are compartmentalized at at least one end with each compartment being bottom perforated and with the bottom perforation of each compartment being staggared inwardly of the tray end relative to the bottom perforation of the corresponding compartment of the tray immediately thereabove so that water passing through each compartment is, where there is no intervening fabric, directed inwardly from the tray ends during its fall until it contacts fabric.

摘要： A washer that washes a continuous piece of tubular knitted fabric material. The washer includes a frame, a set of rollers, an air nozzle rack, and a controller. The frame rests on a support surface. The set of rollers are rotatably attached within the frame and guide the material through a washing liquid to wash the material. The air nozzle rack is replaceably attached to within the frame and blows air onto the material to cause ballooning of the material to maximize exposure of a total surface area of the material to the washing liquid. The controller is operatively connected to the set of rollers and minimizes and keeps constant the tension of the material as the material passes through the washing liquid under an influence of the air nozzle rack to thereby provide a more effective wash of the material.
