摘要: Upon deciding to start domain access regulation, regulation controller (12) reads out a regulation pattern in accordance with a regulation level which represents a percentage of mobile terminals (24) on which regulation of domain access is to be imposed. Informative information transmission controller (14) instructs a base station (23) to transmit, to mobile terminals (24), informative information in which the regulation pattern read by regulation controller (12) is set. Call controller (11) performs processing to release a signaling connection to the CS domain and processing to switch from an individual channel to a common channel with respect to each of mobile terminals (24), whose percentage is in accordance with the regulation level, and that have transmitted a message for establishing a signaling connection to the CS domain.

摘要: The present invention provides a liquid crystal display device, which includes a liquid crystal panel as one of optical components for transmitting, absorbing or reflecting light. At least any one of the optical components is comprised of a sapphire substrate. The optical components further include a lens, and a polarizer having a polarizer film and a retaining plate for retaining the polarizer film, and the liquid crystal panel may include a transparent substrate. In this case, any one of the lens, the retaining plate and transparent substrates is comprised of a sapphire substrate, and thus, it is possible to provide a transmission type liquid crystal display device which transmits light from the light source through the lens, the polarizer and the liquid crystal panel so that light is projected.

摘要: An apparatus for and a method of controlling a drag roller in a printing machine to move a web with no shift of a printing position and enhance the printing quality remarkably, even when the drag roller varies in diameter due to its temperature change. From a given temperature-rotational-speed table, a controlling unit obtains a rotational speed of the drag roller so as to adjust a circumferential speed of the drag roller, which speed corresponds to the current circumferential surface temperature checked by a temperature monitor unit. Then, a rotational speed changing unit changes the rotational speed of the drag roller to a value equivalent to the rotational speed obtained by the controlling unit.

摘要: An automatic document feeding apparatus in which a plurality of documents are sequentially fed to an image exposure section. Before the completion of the exposure of a foregoing document, the feeding of a following document is started to place the document on a given position before the image exposure section and stopped thereon temporarily for stand-by. The position of the temporary stop of the following document can be varied in accordance with document size detecting signals from a document size detector or selected in such a manner that the distance between the trailing end of the foregoing document and the leading end of the following document becomes constant substantially irrespective of the size of the document.
