These features include a motor control that can vary by shifting or staggering the phases of drive signals applied to the motor in order to reduce treadmill frame vibration. The features also include having the motor controller increase the slip of the motor to improve low speed operation of the motor and to increase the amperage of the drive signals when the motor is operating at a given speed in order to maintain that speed. In addition, a power factor control circuit can be used to increase the efficiency of the motor.

    摘要: A line interface circuit having a dialer, a line interface unit and a DC masking circuit is adapted to execute an operation in either an emergency mode or a power-on mode. The line interface circuit unifies a voice processing part and an image processing part. The line interface circuit includes a single dialer, a communication port coupled to a non-voice terminal, and a line interface control unit for receiving dial information from a key matrix input at the non-voice terminal via the communication port in a power-on state of the non-voice terminal. The line interface control unit derives DC power converted from AC power supplied form a desired AC power supply, and transferring the dial information to the dialer. A method for controlling the line interface circuit is also provided to selectively couple a non-voice terminal and a voice terminal both equipped in a telephone communication system to a telephone line via the line interface circuit.

    摘要: A blanking signal generating control circuit for use in a video apparatus is disclosed. The blanking signal control circuit according to the present invention has structure which makes it easily adaptable for use with different broadcast standards, such as NTSC, PAL, SECAM, etc. The control circuit has an edge detector which generates a front edge detecting signal at the front edge of the vertical sync signal, and a rear edge detecting signal the trailing (or rear) edge of the vertical sync signal. The control circuit also has a field distinction signal generator for detecting odd and even fields in a video signal. A counting controller generates a counting control signal synchronized with the front edge detecting signal in response to the field distinction signal and a broadcasting system select signal. Line counting is performed starting from an initial value which is selected from a first or second initial value in response to the field distinction signal. Counting is done based on a pulse signal having a frequency of twice a horizontal synchronizing signal used as a clock signal, to generate a counted value. A comparator compares the counted value with a value which has been previously set to correspond to a selected broadcasting system; when the comparator indicates equality, a blanking signal is generated.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a device which generates a vertical synchronizing signal of video signals according to digital methods. The present invention is composed of a counter for receiving a first input signal and a system clock for counting the number of system clock cycles, and for producing a 9-bit counting signal; a first comparator for receiving the 9-bit counting signal, and comparing it with an upper limit number, and producing an output signal; a second comparator for receiving the 9-bit counting signal, and comparing it with a lower limit number, and producing an output signal; a feedback loop circuit for receiving the first input signal, the output signal of the first comparator, and the output signal of the second comparator, and producing a feedback signal to prevent outputs of the counter from exceeding or going below the upper and lower limit numbers, respectively; and a controller for receiving the most significant bit (MSB) of the 9-bit counting signal, system clocks, and a second input signal, and producing a vertical synchronizing signal in case the MSB is a low logic value when the counter counts system clock cycles in the descending direction from the upper limit number. The present invention permits the easy correction of a vertical synchronizing signal by providing a device which generates a vertical synchronizing signal of video signals by digital methods in correspondence to users' requests, and it can be not only to advance stability in the process by utilizing digital circuits, but also to uses lower consumption-current than conventional circuits.
