Abstract: The present disclosure describes methods, system, and devices for configuring and transmitting a scheduling request (SR). One method includes determining, by a user equipment (UE) configured with a primary cell (PCell) and a secondary cell (SCell), a first scheduling request (SR) in the PCell, a first logical channel identifier (ID) being associated with the first SR configured in the PCell; and determining, by the UE, a second SR in the SCell. Another method includes configuring, by a base station, a UE with a PCell and a SCell, wherein: a first SR is configured in the PCell, a first logical channel ID being associated with the first SR configured in the PCell; and/or a second SR is configured in the SCell.

Abstract: Techniques are described for configuration and/or transmission of reference signals. An example wireless communication method includes transmitting, by a first network device, a first reference signal to a second network device, where the first reference signal is transmitted on N occasions, where each of the N occasions is based on a first set of time domain resources and a first set of frequency domain resources of the first reference signal, where each of the N occasions includes X time units in time domain and Y frequency units in frequency domain, and where N, X, and Y are integers greater than or equal to 1; and receiving, by the first network device from the second network device, a measurement report in response to the transmitting the first reference signal.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to wireless communication formats that avoid conflicts in message transmissions. In one implementation, conflicts are avoided by determining that transmitting the uplink message according to a first transmission format will result in a conflict, and responsively determining to transmit the uplink message according to a second transmission format. In another implementation, conflicts are avoided by waiting to transmit a message part until a next time unit of a physical channel that is not conflicted. In another implementation, conflicts are avoided by configuring time units of a second physical channel relative to time units of a first physical channel according to an uplink time unit offset.

Abstract: The present document relates to methods, systems, and devices related to digital wireless communication, and more specifically, to techniques related to determining whether to switch a carrier of control channel resources such as a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource. One example method includes transmitting, by a network node, a carrier indicator message to a terminal, the carrier indicator message indicating a carrier via a predefined bit field in a control indicator field. The method can also include receiving, by the network node, a second message from the terminal on the carrier indicated in the carrier indicator message.

Abstract: Techniques are described for multiplexing non-acknowledgement (NACK) only physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission that overlaps in time domain with another uplink control channel transmission. An example wireless communication method includes performing a first determination, by a communication node, whether a scheduling request (SR) transmission needs to be performed in a control channel; performing a second determination, by the communication node and in response to determining that the SR needs to be transmitted in the control channel, that a first resource for a non-acknowledgement (NACK) only transmission in the control channel overlaps in time domain with a second resource for the SR transmission; and transmitting, in response to the second determination, a sequence in the second resource in the control channel, where the sequence indicates the SR and a feedback message for the NACK only transmission.

Abstract: Presented are systems and methods for resource allocation. A wireless communication device may receive information from a wireless communication node, the information comprising a location of a starting symbol (S) and a time domain duration (L) of a first transmission occasion for a set of one or more transmissions, a number of consecutive slots, and a number (N) of transmission occasions in a time slot, each transmission occasion defining a time window for one of the one or more transmissions. The wireless communication device may determine a location of a last transmission occasion of the set. The wireless communication device may perform the set of one or more transmissions across the number of consecutive time slots according to the information and the location of the last transmission occasion.
