    Abstract: The present disclosure describes methods, system, and devices for configuring hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) feedback for physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission. The method includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE), a radio resource control (RRC) parameter to configure a one-shot HARQ-ACK feedback mode; receiving, by the UE, a medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) indicating a list of activated serving cells; receiving, by the UE, a downlink control information (DCI) comprising an one-shot request field with a positive value, the DCI triggering a one-shot HARQ-ACK codebook; and transmitting, by the UE, a one-shot HARQ-ACK feedback for the list of activated serving cells.

    Abstract: Techniques are described to perform network relay security. Multiple methods and an apparatus are proposed to protect the sensitive communication information of users in network communication environment. This application proposes a mechanism for protecting roaming UE capability indication in UE initiated slice-based SoR from attacks such as bidding down attacks. An example communication method includes generating, by a communication device, a request information message that includes a request information to be encrypted by a key, wherein the key is selected from a plurality of key pairs known to the first network node and the communication device, wherein a portion of the request information is transparent to a second network node; and transmitting, from the communication device, the request message to a first network node through the second network node, wherein the request message comprises a key identifier and a user identifier.

In one exemplary aspect, a method for wireless communication may include generating a scrambled payload, where the scrambled payload is generated using an initialization scrambling sequence that is at least partially based on a preamble index and includes a length of 31 bits.
