    摘要： A method for de-imaging a permanent image on a surface of a rewritable printing forme includes driving the printing forme in rotation about its longitudinal central axis during erasure. The image is ground off the surface of the rewritable printing forme by a rotating grinding device set against the surface of the printing forme being driven in rotation. Polymer removed during grinding at the surface is extracted from the surface of the printing forme.

The inking unit of each press unit applies printing ink to a forme cylinder of the respective press unit in such a way that a ductor roll of an inking unit picks up printing ink kept ready in an ink fountain and applies it to the forme cylinder of the respective press unit by a film roll interacting with the ductor roll, inking unit rolls arranged downstream of the film roll, and at least one ink applicator roll rolling on the forme cylinder. Inking unit rolls driven in rotation and inking unit rolls driven in oscillation are are driven independently from one another on the drive side.

    摘要： An image fixing device inductively injects thermal energy into a rotating printing form of a press for fixing an image formed on the rotating printing form by means of a digital imaging system. The fixing device has at least one inductor with at least one induction loop, a high-frequency part that forms a tuned circuit with the inductor, and a supply part that can be coupled to the inductor by means of supply lines suitable for high frequency. The inductor loop is in an elongated form aligned parallel to the circumferential direction of the rotating printing form, with the effect that the zone of energy transfer and therefore the heating zone can be configured specifically in terms of its spread in the printing form, so that a high flux density can be introduced zonally into the printing form at the point which is to be heated.

    摘要： In combination with a transport mechanism that includes a plurality of conveyor rollers, an apparatus is used to position a carriage loadable with a wound reel at a desired location on the transport mechanism. The apparatus includes a rotary pulse generator associated with one of the plural conveyor rollers for registering the revolutions of the one of the plural conveyor rollers wherein the revolutions embody a measure of the distance traveled on the transport mechanism by the carriage. The apparatus also includes at least a first and a second initiator for determining the current position of the carriage on the transport mechanism. The first initiator detects a first position of the carriage. The second initiator detects a second position of the carriage. The revolutions of the rotary pulse generator and a distance between the first and second initiator are used to calculate a slip (K), which is used to determine distance (W) between the current position of the carriage and the desired position (S) of the carriage.
