摘要: A seal structure is for sealing leakage fluid flowing through a gap between a rotation member rotating about a rotation axis and a stationary member facing the rotation member. The seal structure includes seal fins projecting from a base that is one of the rotation and stationary members toward the other one, the seal fins being spaced apart from each other at a certain interval in an axial direction of the rotation axis; and a step section provided to the other one, the step section including step surfaces facing the seal fins and a riser surface between the adjacent step surfaces, the step surfaces and the riser surface defining a step portion. The seal fins are inclined upstream in a flow direction of the leakage fluid relative to a radial direction perpendicular to the rotation axis. Each seal fin and the base define a corner portion having a curved surface.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a furnace wall in which a throat section with a smaller channel diameter than other regions can be formed using all peripheral wall tubes. Provided is a furnace wall comprising: a plurality of peripheral wall tubes (142), which are disposed so as to form a cylindrical shape when aligned in one direction and through the interior of which cooling water flows; and fins (140) that connect neighboring peripheral wall tubes (142) in an airtight manner. In a throat section in which the diameter of a horizontal cross-section of the cylindrical shape is reduced in comparison to other regions, the peripheral wall tubes (142) are disposed so as to be in mutual contact and the fins (140) are disposed on the inner circumferential sides of the cylindrical shapes.

摘要: In a gas turbine, a plurality of blade ring parts each include a plurality of first cooling flow passages, a plurality of second cooling flow passages, and a return flow passage. The first cooling flow passages are disposed on the outer side in a radial direction centering on a rotation axis, extend in an axial direction, and are disposed aligned in an axial rotation direction. The second cooling flow passages are disposed on an inner side in the radial direction with respect to the first cooling flow passages, extend in the axial direction, and are disposed aligned in the axial rotation direction. The return flow passage connects end parts of each of the first cooling flow passages and the second cooling flow passages on the same side in the axial direction with each other.

摘要: There is provided an additive manufactured (AM) article formed of a Co based alloy having a composition comprising: in mass %, 0.08-0.25% C; 0.1% or less B; 10-30% Cr; 30% or less in total of Fe and Ni, the Fe being 5% or less; 5-12% in total of W and/or Mo; 0.5-2% in total of Ti, Zr, Nb and Ta; 0.5% or less Si; 0.5% or less Mn; 0.003-0.04% N; and the balance being Co and impurities. The AM article comprises crystal grains with an average size of 10-100 μm. In the crystal grains, segregation cells with an average size of 0.15-1.5 μm are formed, in which components constituting an MC type carbide phase comprising the Ti, Zr, Nb and/or Ta are segregated in boundary regions of the cells, and/or grains of the MC type carbide phase are precipitated at an average intergrain distance of 0.15-1.5 μm.

摘要: A filter backwashing unit is disposed in a path in which process gas flows to remove at least a part of trapped dust included in a process gas by backwashing an element of a filter device that traps the dust when a process gas passes. The filter backwashing unit includes a gas injection device disposed downstream of the element in a flow direction of a process gas to inject backwashing gas toward the element from downstream; a parameter detection device configured to detect a parameter used for determination of a state of dust adhering to the element; and a control device configured to estimate a thickness of dust deposited on a surface of the element upstream of a process gas based on a result of the detection, and determine an interval at which the element is backwashed based on the estimated thickness of the dust.

摘要: A control device for a power generation system whereby power is generated by a first power source that operates by burning a fuel. The control device identifies, on the basis of a pressure difference in a prior-stage mechanism that supplies the fuel to the first power source, a fuel capacity that compensates for the pressure difference in the prior-stage mechanism. The pressure difference is the difference between a pressure set for the fuel before a load change in the prior-stage mechanism and a pressure set for the fuel after the load change in the prior-stage mechanism. The control device calculates a fuel supply command value, which is a command value for adjusting the amount of fuel supplied to a fuel supply device that supplies the fuel to the first power source, and is output to the fuel supply device using a fuel supply acceleration command value.
