摘要: Devices, systems, and methods are provided for baking a food product in a portable baking oven. The baking oven includes a main body, lower and upper stones, a heat shield suspending the upper stone above the lower stone, and a heat element emanating heat upward to a rotating flat panel having the lower stone thereon. Convection heat from the heat element moves upward from below the rotating flat panel and past a periphery of the flat panel, channeled by the heat shield to the upper stone, to move along the upper stone, and then down along the heat shield, on the opposite side. With this arrangement, the heat element heats the upper and lower stones with convection heat moving between the lower and upper stones in a side-to-side manner.

摘要: One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for an ignition control module for a gas appliance. The housing of the ignition control module, and/or the mounting points for mounting the module to a gas appliance, can be configured to dispose the battery in a manner that provides for potential battery leakage to flow away from most operable components of the module. Further, the ignitor connection terminals can be configured to provide for ease of connection, by providing a connector guide disposed in a cylindrically-shaped terminal housing. Additionally, an ignitor actuator terminal can be configured to selectably engage with an ignitor actuator connector, where the ignitor actuator terminal comprises at least two connector points that engage with a single ignitor actuator connector.

摘要: A grill having multiple heating elements is provided. The grill has dual heat sources that can be used either independently from each other or simultaneously to generate differently-heated regions on the grill surface. The present grill utilizes both a vertical heating element disposed on the back interior surface of the grill housing and a horizontal heating element removably disposed within the bottom portion of the grill housing. The vertical heating element utilizes either gas, such as propane, or electricity as its fuel source. The horizontal heating element comprises a removable tray on which wood or charcoal may be placed. The vertical heating element further has a heat shield, deflecting heat therefrom, and a drip tray, preventing grease and other food particles from coming in contact with the heat source, disposed between it and the grill surface.

摘要: A heating assembly can be used with one of a first fuel type or a second fuel type different than the first. The heating assembly can include housing have a first actuation member and a second actuation member. The first and second actuation members can be positioned within respective first and second fuel hook-ups. The first and second actuation members can be configured such that connecting a fuel source to the heater assembly moves one of the actuation members from a first position to a second position to control flow through the heating assembly.

摘要: A vertical hearth barbecue grill having a removable, vertical firebox that is backwardly inclined so as to provide a combination of direct and indirect heating. Multiple cooking grids positionable at various heights across the firebox provide an substantial cooking area for grilling, broiling, and searing. Inclination minimizes ash avalanche during briquette burning. A top grid located directly over the firebox provides a surface for searing or high-temperature cooking (i.e., direct heating), a mid-level cooking grid provides medium temperature indirect and/or partial direct heating cooking, and a lower main cooking grid provides indirect medium temperature for broiling or baking. A pair of opposed insulated sidewalls help confine heat in and about the cooking grids and may also support a removable, hinged cover lid that establishes an oven-like enclosure about the mid-level and main cooking grids to provide a baking/broiling chamber. Portable versions of the grill collapse like a suitcase (with all grill components contained therein), fold-up legs may be provided, side shelves may be attachable, and/or a rotisserie rod may be added.

摘要: A gas-fired or briquette-burning barbecue grill that outputs extremely high BTUs from a removable, vertical firebox that is backwardly inclined so as to provide a combination of direct and indirect heating. In addition, multiple cooking grids positioned at various vertical levels across the face of the firebox provide an enormous cooking area for grilling, broiling, and searing. Inclination minimizes ash avalanche during briquette burning and also increases the effective heating area applied to multiple cooking grids of gas-fired and briquette-burning grills. A pair of opposed insulated sidewalls on each side of a central heating area includes respective sets of rail guides which support cooking grids at varying distances from the firebox. The sidewalls also help confine heat in and about the cooking grids and may also support a removable, hinged cover lid that establishes an oven-like enclosure about the mid-level and main cooking grids to provide a baking/broiling chamber. Grid elements of the main cooking grid, which is downwardly inclined about three degrees toward the front of the gill, comprise oppositely facing channels that route grease drippings from cooking foodstuffs to a grease-catching receptacle. The firebox rests in a cradle or receptacle and is adapted to be easily removed by a grasp handle insertable in a surface of the firebox. A wire basket inside the metal firebox retains briquettes in spaced relation to the firebox walls thereby to provide an ash reservoir for briquettes as they burn and/or to thermally insulate hot fuels from the sidewalls and top lid of the grill. Portable versions of the grill collapse like a suitcase (with all grill components contained therein), fold-up legs may be provided, side shelves may be attachable, and/or a rotisserie rod may be added.

摘要: A combination heating and cooking apparatus that can be used by campers and sportsmen to provide warmth as well as to provide a convenient means for cooking a wide variety of foods at any selected location within the campground. The apparatus is completely self contained with the heating unit being connected directly to a source of heating gas, such as a small propane tank, and with the cooking accessory being removably connected to the heating unit. The cooking accessory adjustably supports the food being cooked directly in the path of the heat radiating from the burner so that the food can be initially seared to seal in its natural juices and can be progressively moved away from the burner to accomplish slow, uniform, no-flare grilling.
