摘要: An absorbent core for use in an absorbent article is provided and comprises a core wrap enclosing an absorbent material, the absorbent material comprising superabsorbent polymer particles. The core wrap comprises a top side and a bottom side. The absorbent core comprises one or more area(s) substantially free of absorbent material through which the top side of the core wrap is attached to the bottom side of the core wrap (i.e. core wrap bond(s)), so that when the absorbent material swells, the core wrap forms one or more channel(s) along the area(s) substantially free of absorbent material. The superabsorbent polymer particles have a value of Effective Capacity (EFFC) of at least 27 g/g. The Effective Capacity (EFFC) is calculated via the formula below: EFFC=(CRC+AAP)/2. The Centrifuge Retention Capacity (CRC) is measured according to the Centrifuge Retention Capacity (CRC) test method and the Absorption Against Pressure (AAP) is measured according to the Absorption Against Pressure (AAP) test method. The superabsorbent polymer particles have a bulk density of at least 0.5 g/ml according to the Bulk Density Test Method.

摘要: An absorbent article for personal hygiene comprises a three-dimensional substrate, a tissue layer, an absorbent core and a backsheet. The absorbent core is located at least partially between the three-dimensional substrate and the backsheet. The tissue layer is located at least partially between the three-dimensional substrate and the absorbent core. The tissue layer comprises a wet-laid three-dimensional fibrous substrate comprising at least 80% pulp fibers by weight of the wet-laid three-dimensional fibrous substrate. The wet-laid three-dimensional fibrous substrate comprises a continuous network region and a plurality of discrete zones.

摘要: To enable producing without the need for an extension step of an outer body while being excellent in a fit of the edges around the legs. The above problem is solved by an underpants-type disposable diaper wherein an inner body is joined to a crotch side edge portion of a central portion in a width direction of a dorsal side outer body to form an inner body joined section, a front-back length of a side closer to a waist side than the inner body joined section is extensible to a crotch side, and the side closer to the waist side than the inner body joined section in the inner body can be moved to the crotch side, relative to a dorsal side outer body.

摘要: In an absorbent part of an absorbent product, super absorbent materials located between two sheets in an absorbent area swell by absorption of moisture of excrement, and spaces extending in a longitudinal direction from an opening, which is formed at a portion of upper absorbent layer facing the crotch region of a wearer, are formed between a non-absorbent area where the super absorbent materials do not exist and the upper absorbent layer and between the non-absorbent area and a lower absorbent layer. In the absorbent product, through the spaces, moisture of excrement in the second excretion and later can be quickly diffused over a wide area along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent part, and the moisture of excrement can be absorbed in a wide area of the absorbent part. As a result, it is possible to maintain high absorbing ability in multiple excretions in the absorbent product.

摘要: An absorbent article for personal hygiene comprising a liquid permeable topsheet, a liquid impermeable backsheet, an absorbent core and a fibrous layer. The absorbent core comprises a core wrap and an absorbent material with superabsorbent polymers. The core wrap comprises a top side and a bottom side bonded to one other through one or more areas substantially free of absorbent material. The fibrous layer is at least partially bonded to one of the sides of the core wrap in the area substantially free of absorbent material. When the absorbent material swells, the core wrap forms one or more channels along the area substantially free of absorbent material. The formation of the channel in the absorbent core causes the formation of one or more corresponding ditches in the fibrous layer.

摘要: A disposable absorbent product includes a topsheet defining an interior face of the disposable absorbent product configured to face a wearer thereof during use. A backsheet overlays the topsheet, with the backsheet defining an exterior face of the disposable absorbent product configured to face away from the wearer during use. An absorbent core is disposed between the topsheet and the backsheet for storing fluid secreted by the wearer of the disposable absorbent product. The absorbent core includes at least one absorbent structure and a wrapping element that envelops the at least one absorbent structure. The wrapping element has a main substrate layer and an adhesive coating layer thereon that is substantially adhered to the substrate layer and which defines an impermeable film layer on the substrate.
