    摘要: A steam generator includes a lower integrated tubesheet and plenum (ITP) configured to receive feedwater and a first set of heat transfer tubes fluidly coupled to a plurality of stubs protruding from a first side of the lower ITP. A second set of heat transfer tubes fluidly couples to plurality of stubs protruding from a second side of the lower ITP. The first set of heat transfer tubes is coiled in a substantially clock-wise direction, and the second set of heat transfer tubes is coiled in a substantially counter-clockwise direction. The steam generator further includes an upper ITP fluidly coupled to the first and second set of heat transfer tubes, wherein the feedwater entering the lower ITP is converted to steam in the first and second sets of heat transfer tubes. The upper ITP is configured to transport the steam away from the steam generator.

A compressible gasket is insertable between the cell panel openings and the cell outlets and securable therein when the heat exchanger is secured to the cell panel. A crimping tool for securing a heat exchanger cell outlet to a cell panel of a furnace includes a male portion including a split die having two die halves and a die expander configured to separate the two die halves to engage an inner surface of the cell outlet. A female portion applies a force to the cell outlet to crimp the cell outlet to the cell panel.

    摘要: In a heat exchanger, a liquid resin is applied to an outer surface of the heat exchanger, and then surplus liquid resin is removed from the outer surface. In removing the surplus liquid resin, before air having a first velocity is directed to the heat exchanger for blowing the surplus liquid resin off the heat exchanger, air having a second velocity lower than the first velocity is directed to the heat exchanger to remove the surplus liquid resin from the heat exchanger by moving the surplus liquid resin along the outer surface of the heat exchanger. The air at the second velocity is directed toward the heat exchanger by a second blower before the air at the first velocity is directed toward the heat exchanger by a first blower.

    摘要: A parabolic trough solar collector system has a parabolic reflector used with an independently supported collector tube. The parabolic reflector has a reflective surface formed on a reflective surface support structure, supported by a circular support beam. This assembly rests on a plurality of support and drive rollers supported by a roller support arm, supported by a roller support column. The parabolic reflector assembly rotates against the rollers along a single axis to maintain a focus line of the parabolic reflector surface at the same location as the center of the circle described by the outer edge of the circular support beam. Located at this same focus line is the independently supported collector tube not attached to the parabolic trough reflector. The collector tube is supported on pipe roller hangers, which in turn are supported by a wire catenary system connected to support towers which straddle the parabolic reflector.

    摘要: In a method of manufacturing heat radiating fin, the technique of plastic working, such as stamping, is employed to apply an external force against a sheet metal material serving as a raw material for forming the heat radiating fin, so that the sheet metal material generates plastic deformation to form a plurality of recessed portions on a front side thereof. Meanwhile, a plurality of protruded portions is correspondingly formed on a rear side of the sheet metal material behind the recessed portions. Any two heat radiating fins so manufactured may be easily stacked and connected together with the protruded portions on a rear or higher heat radiating fin partially extended into the recessed portions on a front or lower heat radiating fin.
