A device body, which is waterproof in one or more applications, includes a sidewall defining a receiving aperture. A crown stem includes a push button disposed within a duct of a threaded bushing and one or more O-rings disposed about the actuation stem to allow translation of the actuation stem in the duct while preventing liquids from passing through the duct. The crown stem inserts through the aperture in the case so that the threaded bushing can hermetically seal the receiving aperture when the device body is inserted into the circular receiver to prevent the liquids from entering the receiving aperture.

摘要： A switch device of the present invention includes a cylindrical member attached to a through hole of a wristwatch case, an operation member having an operation shaft section inserted into the cylindrical member and an operation head section provided at the outer end of the operation member, a cushioning member attached to the operation head section of the operation member to cover the operation head section, and an exterior member fixed to the operation head section to cover the cushioning member and from which a plurality of portions of the cushioning member project outwardly. Therefore, when the exterior member receives an external impact, the impact can be mitigated by the cushioning member projecting outwardly from the exterior member. As a result, the operation member and the cylindrical member can be prevented from being damaged by the external impact, whereby the impact resistance can be increased.

A clutch couples together the crown shaft and the crown head to prevent rotation of the crown shaft in a state in which the male and female threaded sections are engaged with one another and couples the crown shaft and the crown head to allow the crown shaft to rotate during rotation of the crown head in a state in which the male and female threaded sections are not engaged with one another.

摘要： To provide a portable timepiece in which the maintenance of a winding stem pipe and its surroundings is facilitated. Basically provided is a portable timepiece comprising a winding stem pipe releasably screwed into a pipe attachment opening of a case band, in which portable timepiece an accidental rotation of a crown is avoided by bringing a crown head of the crown into screw-engagement with a pipe end of the winding stem pipe disposed outside of the case band such that the crown head caps the pipe end. A ring receiver is formed on one of the pipe attachment opening and an insert portion of the winding stem pipe screwed into the opening. A soft and resilient friction ring is supported on the other of the pipe attachment opening and the insert portion. The friction ring is resiliently brought into tight contact with the ring receiver to prevent a rotation of the winding stem pipe. Thus, the portable timepiece of the invention is characterized in that an accidental rotation of the winding stem pipe which may be caused during operation of the crown is prevented, and that the winding stem pipe is releasable from the case band at the time of maintenance.

摘要： To provide a portable watch in which a crown can be held so as not to be turned carelessly utilizing engagement of screws without being restricted by a function of a watch movement, durability is improved, and a screw lock operation for the crown is light. The present invention is premised on a portable watch in which a crown, which is connected to a winding stem transmitting a turning force to a watch movement in a case band, is engaged with a male screw section of a pipe attached to the case band, whereby a crown is held so as not to be turned. The crown includes: a crown shaft that moves the winding stem in association with the crown shaft; a crown head that turns the crown shaft in a state in which the engagement is released; and clutch. The crown head has a female screw section that is detachably engaged with the male screw section. The clutch couples the crown shaft and the crown head so as to prevent the turn of the crown shaft in a state in which the engagement is completed, and couples the crown shaft and the crown head so as to make it possible to turn the crown shaft following the crown head in a state in which the engagement is released.
