A display panel module includes a display panel and a function film adhered onto the front surface of the display panel. The function film includes at least one transparent substrate and an adhesive layer which adheres the display panel and the function film together. A thickness of the at least one transparent substrate and a thickness of the adhesive layer have a predetermined relation so as to substantially prevent occurrence of a concave portion with a depth greater than 3 um on the front surface of the function film, wherein a scratch resistance of the function film is improved.

An apparatus and method for microstructures of a display device which focus external light toward light-absorption regions to enhance brightness and contrast of the display device. The display device includes a light absorption layer disposed to one side of a light emission layer. The light absorption layer includes light refracting structures and light absorption elements, wherein each of the light absorption elements is positioned in the light refracting structures. The light directing structures substantially direct incident light toward one of the plurality of light absorption elements positioned therein to reduce the reflection of external light.

The display filter includes an electromagnetic interference shielding layer, one or more films contacting the electromagnetic interference shielding layer, and a conductive layer filled in a through hole formed in the one or more films. The ground member is connected to the conductive layer. The diameter of the through hole ranges from 1 to 5 mm.
