Abstract: Provided is a container for drinking a liquid comprising: a) a cylindrical body with a cavity for holding the liquid and an opening at the top, wherein a cylindrical shape of the body does not change based on the liquid leaving the cavity; b) a member for removably attaching to the top of the body, the member having an opening for movement of the liquid; c) a cap in shape of glans for removably attaching directly or indirectly to the member, the cap not having an opening for movement of the liquid to outside of the body; and d) a nipple, with an opening, placed above the body in fluid communication with the cavity; wherein the container is configured to allow the liquid to leave the body and move to the outside of the container based on the cap being removed; wherein the container is configured to be used both as a dildo and a container for drinking the liquid.

Abstract: A dispenser (10) for dispensing a flowable material M has a container (12) having an outer wall (20) and membrane (14) collectively defining a first chamber (22) configured to contain the flowable material M. The membrane (14) has a thickness and a weld seam (40) wherein the weld seam (40) has a thickness less than the thickness of the membrane (14). A fracturing mechanism (16) is operably connected to the container (12). The fracturing mechanism (16) has an extending member (64) projecting from the outer wall (20) of the container (12). The extending member (64) has a projection (66) positioned proximate the membrane (14), wherein in response to deflection of the extending member (64), the projection (66) deflects the outer wall (20) proximate the membrane (14) wherein the weld seam (40) fractures creating an opening (41) through the membrane (14) configured to allow the flowable material M to pass therethrough and from the dispenser (10).

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a valve, a method for forming a valve, and a package. The valve is made of at least three layers—a first exterior layer (i.e., a base layer), at least one interior layer (i.e., a bubble layer), and a second exterior layer (i.e., a channel layer)—and an attachment section located on each of at least two of the at least three layers. A bubble is formed between two of the first exterior layer and the at least one interior layer, and the bubble includes an enclosed material. A channel is formed between two of the second exterior layer, the at least two interior layers, and the first exterior layer, and the channel includes an inlet and an outlet. A physical characteristic of the bubble biases the channel towards a closed position that restricts flow of contents from the inlet to the outlet.

Abstract: A bottle assembly is provided including a bottle having an end portion with a first detent formation, and a collar having a second complementary detent formation. The collar is arranged to snap fit to the end portion by engagement of the detent formations by application of force only in a direction towards the bottle. In addition, a valve assembly for use with a drinking vessel is provided including a base member and a sealing member. The sealing member is moveable, dependent on a pressure difference across it, between a sealed position, wherein the sealing member is sealed against the base member, and an unsealed position, wherein the sealing member is unsealed from the base member. One or more channels are formed between the base member and the sealing member and are arranged to allow air to enter the drinking vessel when the sealing member is in the unsealed position.

Abstract: A self-sealing valve for an inflatable body such as a toy balloon is disclosed. The valve comprises a hollow tube element of an elastomeric material with a proximal end, a distal end, a cylindrical portion at the proximal end, a flat portion at the distal end having two flat sides, and a transition portion between the cylindrical portion and the flat portion. The cylindrical portion is open at the proximal end and the flat portion is closed at the distal end with an opening on at least one of its flat sides. The valve is inserted in an inflatable body with the flat and transition portions of the hollow tube element located inside the inflatable body and the cylindrical portion of the hollow tube element located at least partially inside the inlet portion of the inflatable body.
