摘要： A continuous ultrasonic cleaning apparatus having excellent cleaning efficiency and holding/carrying capability of the product-to-be-cleaned is disclosed. The apparatus enables the speed of the conveyors to be increased, forced drying to be achieved and no stain nor water marks are formed even if water is used as a cleaning agent. The continuous ultrasonic cleaning apparatus utilizes a cleaning agent receiving/storage bath having a cleaning agent supplying/adding function for the cleaning bath positioned therebelow and an ultrasonic oscillator. Net conveyors for holding the product-to-be-cleaned are used and synchronized for carrying the product-to-be-cleaned. A high-speed air blower is mounted at a down-stream side of the cleaning bath. Even if water or pure water is used as a cleaning agent, the ultrasonic efficiency is high. When using the high-speed blower to dry the cleaning agent, the product is securely retained at its original position. No stain nor water marks are formed and an equivalent cleaning quality can be achieved as that when using fulone. Furthermore, by using an oxygen-free water and purging inert gas for the entire receiving/storage bath, any product having a propensity to be easily corroded can be effectively cleaned.

A barrel is at least partially submerged in the container and supported for rotation about its longitudinal axis. A novel support for the barrel comprises a pair of rings concentric with the barrel and suspended by a plurality of rollers. Laterally spaced stationary end walls are mounted in fixed positions covering the ends of the barrel. The barrel has end openings and the stationary end walls fit within the end openings. A novel discharge chute extends from inside the barrel to the exterior thereof.

摘要： In an apparatus for conveying dripping electrodes, a drop collector having a plurality of parallel gutters is coupled to the conveying apparatus by a frame. The gutters are coupled together in one or more series of parallel gutters and are displaced by a motor driven endless chain system between a work position underneath the suspended dripping electrodes and a rest position which permits the electrodes to be inserted into or extracted from electrolysis cells by the conveying apparatus. The gutters include outlet orifices which communicate electrolyte from the dripping electrodes to a reservoir formed in the frame which couples the drop collector to the conveying apparatus.
