    Abstract: A device may determine one or more round-trip time threshold values and may determine a round-trip time value associated with a flow. The device may determine a smoothed round-trip time value based on the one or more round-trip time threshold values and the round-trip time value. The device may determine a congestion window threshold value based on the smoothed round-trip time value and may determine a congestion window value based on the congestion window threshold value. The device may provide traffic associated with the flow based on the congestion window value.

    Abstract: Connection based selection of a network congestion control process is presented herein. A system can comprise a processor; and a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, facilitate performance of operations, comprising: storing communication congestion control procedures into a module of a kernel of the system, determining a connection attribute for a connection corresponding to a connection request received from a device; and selecting, via the module based on the connection attribute, a communication congestion control procedure of the communication congestion control procedures for servicing of the connection request. In an example, the determining the connection attribute comprises determining a round-trip time of the connection, determining a bandwidth-delay product of the connection, determining whether the connection is a wireless connection, and determining a bandwidth of the connection.

A set of tuples which corresponds to the window of the stream computing environment may be detected. The set of tuples may have a set of data. A confidence factor related to a set of expected result data for the set of tuples may be determined based on the set of data of the set of tuples. The set of tuples may correspond to the window of the stream computing environment. The window may be configured in the stream computing environment based on the confidence factor.     Abstract: Embodiments relate to a method for transmission of content, executed by a content transmission device. The method includes receiving, from a client device, a content request specifying a requested content and at least one content reception deadline in an application layer part, encapsulating the requested content in a plurality of successive TCP segments; and sending the successive TCP segments to the client device by applying a congestion avoidance mechanism using a congestion window, The congestion window is determined by determining a minimum bitrate required for transmitting the requested content to the client device by the content reception deadline, determining a round-trip time between the content transmission device and the client device, and setting the congestion window equal to or greater than the product of the minimum bitrate and the round-trip time.

    Abstract: According to some embodiments, system and methods are provided, comprising receiving, at a verification module, a schedule for transmission of one or more data frames to one or more destination nodes via a Time Sensitive Network (TSN); receiving, at the verification module, a destination for each data frame; receiving, at the verification module, a maximum tolerable latency for each data frame; determining, via the verification module, the received schedule is correct; transmitting one or more data frames according to the schedule; accessing, via the verification module, the one or more destination nodes; verifying, via the verification module, the one or more data frames were transmitted to the one or more destination nodes within a maximum tolerable latency, based on accessing the one or more destination nodes; and controlling one or more operations of an installed product based on the transmitted one or more data frames.     Abstract: A network congestion control method is provided. The method includes detecting whether a new network connection is established by a source endpoint; obtaining a destination endpoint of the new network connection when it is detected that a new network connection is established by a source endpoint; and assigning the new network connection to an established network group corresponding to the destination endpoint of the new network connection. Further, the method includes, based on a predefined network congestion control mechanism for each network group, obtaining a data transfer rate of each network group and controlling the data transfer rate of each network group to control data transfer rates of network connections in each network group including the new network connection.
