摘要： A frame structure for casting a concrete building panel has a plurality of panel edge molding frame members with a generally U-shaped cross-section, a plurality of panel corner frame members with a configuration which corresponds to the angle of the corner of the panel. A number of edge molding frame members and the corner frame members are assembled in a panel molding frame with a length and width corresponding to the length and width of the panel to be molded with the ends of the edge molding frame members connected by the panel corner frame members, and with the opening of the U-shaped cross-section facing inwardly of the panel molding frame. Connectors rigidly connect the edge molding frame members to each other and to the panel corner frame members and a liner structure is provided in the interior of each of the edge molding frame members. The surfaces of the liner structure facing the space within the panel molding frame has a shape complementary to the shape of the edge of the panel to be molded.

摘要： A tripling or more in the production rate of precast concrete building units utilizing reusable mold forms is achieved by casting the units vertically on a wheeled base between separable vertical mold forms. The partially cured poured concrete unit is horizontally transported on the wheeled base from between the separated molds to complete the curing independently thereof, the forms being immediately serviceable with another wheeled base for molding another unit.A building is erected on a concrete slab foundation using a plurality of precast concrete units in the form of L-shaped walls positioned as corner structure and spaced intermediate exterior wall elements and as interior partitions and roof supports. The L-shaped walls are bolted to the foundation by anchoring means located in cutout portions along the bottom of each wall and H-beams are placed to extend across the tops of the walls and are filled with concrete to serve as support and anchoring means for precast concrete roof slabs and to bridge the spaces between the concrete walls as lintels for doors and windows which complete the exterior wall enclosure of the building.

摘要： A moulding method utilizing apparatus for forming a monolithic reinforced concrete modular building structure comprising walls and floor with apertures therein for doors, windows and the like. The apparatus comprises separable mould components in the form of a floor, end walls, side walls and a core moveable into cooperation with each other and a wheeled pallet to define a moulding cavity for forming the module, and out of cooperation to leave the formed module free for withdrawal on the pallet from the apparatus. The moulding apparatus is controllably connected to a source of pressurized wet concrete for filling the mould and is enclosed within an autoclave for accelerating the initial curing process of the concrete in the mould by heating.

摘要： A collapsible crypt form comprises an elongate rigid upper wall and two depending elongate rigid side walls joined at their adjacent margins by elongate rounded strips of resilient sheet material. Actuating means are connected to reinforcing rails at the lower edges of the side walls to extend them away from each other to operating position and retract them toward each other to reduce the effective height and width of the form for release from a finished recess. A back plate is held against the aft end of the body to prevent entry of flowable concrete and is disconnected from the body and removed from the recess after the body has been removed. A plurality of forms are placed in side by side spaced relation on a concrete slab with their forward ends in alignment with the forward edge of the slab and form plates are secured to the forms, locking them together and preventing loss of concrete. The concrete is poured and leveled to produce a tier of recesses with partition walls between them and a new slab above them. The process is repeated until the desired number of tiers are completed.

摘要： A form into which concrete is to be poured has several abutments formed in prescribed positions on its bottom. The outer frame of a sash window or the like, which is to be built into a concrete panel to be cast in the form, is placed in the form so as to closely surround the abutments. The outer frame is further removably secured to each abutment by a horizontal bracing rod. A holder frame is placed over the outer frame to urge the latter into tight contact with the bottom of the form.

A load-bearing structure of room height, consisting of two such columns spaced apart with a cross-member between them, for rigid attachment to such a floor panel, is made by adjusting the two columns in such manner that they are parallel, the distance between them conforms substantially to an accurately predetermined value, bearing surfaces at their corresponding upper and lower ends are level with one another, and rigidly connecting eachh column to the cross-member by tolerance-accommadating joints spaced apart in the height of each column.

摘要： A plant for manufacturing reinforced concrete construction panels including at least one bank of moulds comprising a plurality of generally vertical partitions and electrically heated forms. At least some of the partitions and forms are mounted by rollers on tracks for displacement perpendicular to the major faces of the moulds. Once a mould has been poured and the panel therein hardened, the movable one of its walls is horizontally displaced from the rest of the panel and mould combination. The panel may then be removed by a lifting device. After being cleaned the movable mould wall is moved back into its initial position where it is connected to another form or partition which itself is disconnected from its adjacent form or partition freeing a further panel for removal and enabling the pouring of a further panel without any substantial time delay.

摘要： A method of producing cast three-dimensional building components having four substantially flat walls defining a tubelike portion of said component, the component having four adjacent walls thereof successively flat cast on the four walls of a rotating mold.
