    摘要: A plant for the production of slabs from a mixture of agglomerate comprises a station (50) with a mixture distribution unit (52) which pours the mixture onto the inner surface of a slab forming mould (11) present in the station. The mould (11) is provided with a sheet (15) of plastic protective material arranged above the inner surface of the mould and which forms the surface for contact with the mixture which is introduced into the mould by the distribution unit (52). The station comprises air suction means which are coupled/connected to suction ducts (54) which are present in the mould and which emerge with their front end inside the mould in a zone of the mould situated between the inner surface of the mould and the sheet (15), so as to allow the suction of air between the sheet and this inner surface and bring the sheet (15) against this surface by means of a vacuum. A method for the production of slabs is also described.

    摘要: A method for producing a concrete shaft bottom which comprises a drain having a defined shape. Concrete is introduced into a bottom mold that comprises a mold jacket and a mold bottom. On the mold bottom, a molded body forming the negative shape of the drain is disposed to configure the drain. The invention allows for the inexpensive and mechanized production of a shaft bottom having an individual drain. For this purpose, the molded body is configured from at least one molded piece that is fixed on the bottom mold, especially on the mold bottom. The molded piece is adapted to the dimensions of the defined shape of the drain and is removed from the shaft bottom once or while the formwork is dismantled from the shaft bottom.

On the surface of the base member 10, the resin layer 20 having a thickness (Tb) of 1 mm or more is formed through lining or a similar technique. Then, the surface of the portion of the resin layer 20, the portion to be serve as a forming surface, is machined (e.g., end-milled) for finishing so that the thickness of the portion is reduced from Tb to Ta, whereby a forming surface P1 is completed. The forming surface P1 has a form accuracy as high as that attained by a forming surface of a forming mold produced through machining without employing a resin layer.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a concrete shaft bottom which comprises a drain having a defined shape. According to said method, concrete is introduced into a bottom mold (1) that comprises a mold jacket (2) and a mold bottom (3). On said mold bottom (3), a molded body (8) forming the negative shape of the drain is disposed to configure the drain. The aim of the invention is to allow for the inexpensive and mechanized production of a shaft bottom having an individual drain.
