摘要: A foam backed composite panel having two or more layers of materials adhesively bonded to each other. The panel has a face layer and an optional core layer with both made of any material except polyurethane foam. The panel's backside consists of a layer of exposed polyurethane foam and is supported by a frame. The foam backed panel is comprised on one or more layers of cast materials and has increased impact and fire resistance.

摘要: A composite insulating and cladding panel has a backing sheet, a plurality of cladding parts, and a support grid between the backing sheet and the cladding parts. The cladding parts are mounted to the support grid and a body of insulating material such as insulating foam. The cladding parts are spaced-apart to provide gaps. The cladding parts may have any desired surface finish. The cladding parts provide a finished façade. The panel incorporates a support grid that transfers load directly to a building structural framework. The panels also have interengagable features that facilitate joining between a plurality of panels to form a finished façade.

摘要: A pure wooden laminated board and an aluminum-wood composite laminated board device with application of the pure wooden laminated board, having a plurality of pure wooden boards, a first pure wooden side board, a second pure wooden side board, and a plurality of screws and nuts. Each of the pure wooden boards has a laminating side. The laminating sides are each provided with an expansion joint and a plurality of screw holes, and adhesive is applied to the laminating sides; each of the pure wooden boards is aligned and laminated to form into an integrated pure wooden laminated board assembly. The screws are engaged with the respective screw holes of each of the pure wooden boards, and the screws are fastened by the nuts; each of the pure wooden side boards is provided on the respective laminating sides at two sides of the pure wooden laminated board assembly.

摘要: The mortarless brick panel has upper and lower horizontal metal framing tracks with vertical metal wall studs secured therebetween that forms a rectangular frame to which a sheet of expanded metal lath is secured to the face thereof. A sheet of insulation overlays the expanded metal lath and is attached to the frame with screws or other fasteners. The mortarless brick, with a mounting rod protruding from its back side is secured to the panel by hand pressing the mounting rod through the insulation and expanded metal lath and is secured to the expanded metal lath with speed washers or other mechanical fasteners, thereby forming a mortarless brick panel. Time and motion studies have concluded that this mortarless brick can be installed up tp eight times faster than mortar joint brick, providing great savings in erection costs. This savings is used to provide a minimum of four inches of thermal insulation to the exterior walls of the structure to conserve energy and provide great savings to the consumer in heating and cooling costs.

Each structural panel includes: a substrate; an elongated male joint member comprising an aluminum extrusion at a first longitudinal edge portion of the substrate, with the male joint member including a latch member including a curved portion that extends the length of the substrate; and an elongated female joint member including an aluminum extrusion at a second, opposite longitudinal edge portion of the substrate, with the female joint member including a curved channel that extends the length of the substrate. The curved channel of the female joint member of the first structural panel is sized and configured to receive the latch member of the male female joint member of the second structural panel with the first and second structural panels in a coupled position.
