摘要: At least one belt layer in which one or plural rubber-coated belt codes are arranged to be spirally wound almost in parallel with a tire circumferential direction on the outer circumference of a body ply. The belt code is small in the increase rate of tensile load to stretch rate in the range of a predetermined stretch rate or less, but becomes large in the increase rate of the tensile load in another range exceeding the predetermined stretch rate. Therefore, during a vulcanizing and forming process, the belt code is expanded together with unvulcanized compounded rubber under a small tensile load, and it does not occur to prevent body ply codes from being expanded, so that a green tire is vulcanized and formed with respective parts thereof being adhered as a result of being expanded to keep a correct shape.

摘要: The peripheral length (M) dimension of the outer peripheral surface of drums (35, 36) is set equal to the width (W) dimension of body ply materials (46A, 46B) used for tires or integral multiples thereof. The wrapping length (L) of the wrapper (40) in the direction of the length of the drum is set equal to the length dimension (L1) of the body ply materials (46A, 46B) used for tires. A ribbon (39) of predetermined width dimension in the form of a cord having a rubber covering applied thereto is produced. The ribbon (39) is spirally wound on the outer peripheral surface of the drums (35, 36) and the lateral edges of the ribbon are bonded together, thus producing the wrapper (40). The wrapper (40) is cut along a gentle curve which is substantially orthogonal to the direction of the length of the ribbon, thus providing the body ply materials (46A, 46B).

摘要: A plant growing apparatus irradiates plants by switching white light from a white light source into light of a color of a specific wavelength by using a partition plate that partitions a light source placement space and a plant growing space. The plant growing apparatus includes: a white light source emitting white light and being provided to face plants to be grown; a light source placement space to place the white light source; and a plant growing space to place the plants to be grown; a housing facility blocking entry of external light; and a partition plate that extends in the housing facility in a horizontal direction, and includes a filter blocking at least one of temperature transfer and air circulation between the light source placement space and the plant growing space, and transmitting light of a specific wavelength in the white light from the white light source.

摘要: A winding device is provided that includes a base plate that is rotated by a rotary shaft and segments. With rotation of the base plate, a wire is wound on the outer circumference of the segments, which rotate integrally with the base plate, to form a bead ring. The winding device includes an manipulation shaft that is rotated by a handle, and conversion mechanisms that are provided between the manipulation shaft and each of the segments The conversion mechanisms transmit and convert rotation of the manipulation shaft to movement of each segment in the radial direction of the base plate.

摘要: A bead ring bonding cord winding apparatus includes a feed roller that feeds a bead ring, which is formed by winding a wire a multiple number of times, in a circumferential direction of the bead ring, a gripping member that grips an initiating end of a bonding cord, and a rotation member that rotates past an inner side and an outer side of the bead ring while holding the bonding cord. In the bead ring bonding cord winding apparatus, while the bead ring is fed in the circumferential direction, the rotation member is rotated past the inner side and the outer side of the bead ring to spirally wind the bonding cord around the bead ring. The gripping member is located at an upstream side of the rotation member in the feeding direction of the bead ring.

摘要: A method for raising leaf-and-stem vegetables and a light source device used in the method, which can make production cost of leaf-and-stem vegetables reduced and commercial value thereof enhanced by irradiating parts of leaf-and-stem vegetable with a light optimum therefor. The method for raising leaf-and-stem vegetables by irradiating the vegetables with light, includes a stem growth-inhibiting light source irradiating tops of the stems with light having a blue component light at high ratio, which inhibits the growth of stems, at least during an initial growth period when the stems and leaves become distinguishable from each other.
