摘要: A closed-type motor has an elastic grommet with a through-hole into which a lead wire is inserted. The grommet covers an opening portion of a case. An elastic tube is connected to the grommet, and a cover covers the grommet. The grommet includes a pedestal portion abutted to the case; a tubular projection with the through-hole; and an annular groove surrounding a basal portion of the tubular projection. The tubular projection has an internal sectional area being equal to or larger than the one of the lead wire. The tube has an internal sectional area being equal to or larger than the one of the lead wire and has an inner diameter being equal to or less than an outer diameter of the tubular projection. The cover is provided with a central hole having a diameter being equal to or larger than an outer diameter of the tube.

摘要: A method of selectively utilizing a set of linear actuator motors for an application includes providing a plurality of linear actuator motors numbered from 1 to N including a box shaped housing with respective lengths between a first end-plate and a second end-plate and respective hollow shafts. Each hollow shaft includes an extended portion out of either the first end-plate or the second end-plate and configured to receive a nut including a tube part integrally connected with a flat-end part. The nut is configured to be able to mate in a common manner to any of the plurality of linear actuator motors. The method further includes testing any of the plurality of linear actuator motors including the nut for the application, wherein the nut is detached from one linear actuator motor to reattach with another linear actuator motor.

摘要: A disk-rotating motor includes a rotor section including a rotor magnet attached to a rotor frame and a shaft fixed to a center of the rotor frame, and a stator section including a shaft-bearing which bears the shaft, wherein the stator section includes the shaft-bearing, a shaft-bearing housing which holds the shaft-bearing, a thrust plate which bears the shaft in an axis direction, a stator core which is arranged to face the rotor magnet and provided with wire-winding, a core holder which holds the stator core, and a bracket which holds the shaft-bearing housing. The bracket has a projecting part which fixes the shaft-bearing at a central part thereof, an inner diameter part of the shaft-bearing is press-fitted to be tightened to the projecting part, and an outer diameter part of the shaft-bearing housing is adhered to be tightened to an inner diameter part of the core holder.

The stator-side position regulation part includes a first stator-side position regulation part which contacts the rotor-side position regulation part at a first position to regulate a rotation of the rotor in one direction, and a second stator-side position regulation part which contacts the rotor-side position regulation part at a second position different from the first position to regulate a rotation of the rotor in an opposite direction to the one direction.
