The band portion is connected to the first plate while holding the second plate and the stator therebetween by engaging the plural arms with the engaging portions, the band portion is elastically deformed, the deformation causes tensile force in which the arm portions pull the band connecting portions toward the band portion.

    摘要: A motor capable of performing mechanical position adjustment of a magnetic detection unit to thereby adjust a phase difference between signals output from respective two magnetosensitive pole pieces. A rotor includes a magnet having an axial end surface magnetized to have circumferentially alternately different poles. A stator has two outer magnetic pole portions opposed to an outer peripheral surface of the magnet. Two coils are energized to excite the outer magnetic pole portions. A magnetic sensor is opposed to an axial end surface of the magnet. The magnetosensitive pole pieces of the magnetic sensor detect a magnetic field change caused by rotation of the magnet. The magnetosensitive pole pieces are arranged side by side in a direction orthogonal to a diametrical direction of the magnet. The position of the magnetic sensor can be adjusted in the diametrical direction of the magnet.

    摘要: An inner-rotor-type motor, includes four outer surface portions flush or substantially flush with the motor outer surface of the core-back portion provided in the frame portion of each of the two insulating members of the insulator to secure electrical insulation between the stator core and the coil. The outer surface portions of the frame portion of each of the insulating members are inserted between the leg portions of four corners of each of the cover members attached to the axial opposite sides of the stator core. In this state, the cover members are attached to the stator core. The inner-rotor-type motor makes it possible to easily and cost-effectively manufacture a cover member without impairing the dust-proofness of the interior of the motor and greatly improves ease of assembly.
