The confection dispenser includes a confection chamber which holds the confectionery pieces and further includes a conveyance mechanism which transports the confectionery pieces from the confection chamber to an opening in the dispenser in a unique and interesting way. The confectionery dispenser may be sized such that it is portable and/or can include a bank wherein a user deposits a coin into the dispenser to activate the dispenser thereby obtaining confectionery pieces and further saving money for further use.

    摘要： A system and method for filling a collapsible container are provided. Such a collapsible container may be made of a relatively rigid portion and a collapsible portion, with the collapsible portion having a collapsed condition and an expanded condition. An obstruction maintains the collapsible portion in the collapsed condition while the container is filled with contents. The obstruction may remain in place until the container is capped and sealed with the contents stored inside the container.

    摘要： The present invention relates to an electric-powered, shoe care apparatus adapted for one-handed operation by a user. The shoe care apparatus is adapted to receive two removable and replaceable heads; a first head is for low-speed application of polish or cleaning material, and a second head is for high-speed polishing or buffing. In some embodiments of the invention, the two heads are driven simultaneously at these two different respective speeds. In alternate embodiments, the two heads are driven separately at these two different respective speeds.

    摘要： A capless retractable sealed marking instrument has a sealed chamber incorporated in a marker casing. The sealed chamber includes a chamber, a wiper ring, and an annular rim and a seal portion with a cross-slit aperture defining surfaces or flaps which are moved out of contact by a linearly-advanced marker nib to open the seal for extension of the marker nib. The configuration of the disk provides positive sealing force between the lateral sealing surfaces of the seal flaps. In the storage position, the seal effectively closes to protect and preserve the associated component. In a preferred embodiment, a housing member includes a closing member. The closing member engages the disc to seal the slit in the closed position when the associated component is in storage. The disc may include tabs that engage the closing member.
