摘要： Provided is a writing tool comprising a clip composed of a wire rod, wherein the writing tool is capable of allowing a user to raise the clip without manipulation with both hands. The writing tool 1 comprises a tool body 7 extending in a longitudinal direction, and a clip member 8 composed of a wire rod and held by a lateral portion of the tool body 7, wherein a longitudinal intermediate portion 8B of the clip member 8 is held by the lateral portion of the tool body 7, and the clip member 8 is biased toward the tool body 7 so as to cause a longitudinal fore-end portion 8A of the clip member 8 to come into contact with the tool body 7, and wherein the writing tool is configured such that, when a back-end portion 8C of the clip member 8 is pushed toward the tool body 7, the fore-end portion 8A of the clip member 8 is swung to be spaced apart from the tool body 7.

摘要： The present invention includes: a shaft cylinder having an opening at a front end thereof, a tip holder movable in an axial direction of the shaft cylinder, a tip projectable and retractable in conjunction with a movement of the tip holder, an annular member loosely fitted onto an inner periphery of the opening of the shaft cylinder to be movable in an axial direction of the shaft cylinder with respect to the shaft cylinder, and an elastic member capable of connecting the tip holder and the annular member such that the tip holder and the annular member are movable relatively to each other. A contact surface tapered toward the front end is formed on at least a part of an outer periphery of the annular member. A cutout is formed at a part of the annular member such that an inner diameter of the annular member is reduced when a load is received by the contact surface. A guide surface tapered toward the front end is formed on the part of the inside surface of the shaft cylinder. The contact surface is configured to receive the load from the guide surface in conjunction with the movement of the tip holder toward the front end side.

摘要： A press structure for a press type stationery, having a mounting board (1), a button (400) and a resilient piece. A front upper end of the mounting board is recessed with a recess (11). A position limiting block (12) is provided at the front surface of the mounting board in this recess. A closed loop sliding track is formed between outer walls of the position limiting block and inner walls of the recess. The resilient piece has a spring (2) and a resilient rod (3). The position limiting block has a first inclined surface (122) and a second inclined surface (123) inclined towards the same side. End portions of lower ends of the first and second inclined surfaces are at one side of the resilient rod; upper ends of the first and second inclined surfaces are at another opposite side of the resilient rod. A contact part (4) positioned within the sliding track is provided at an end portion of an upper end of the resilient rod. The press structure makes use of the positional relationships between the resilient rod, the position limiting block and the position fixing slot so that the contact part may rely on the resilience of the resilient rod alone to achieve sliding in the sliding track. The press structure has a long service life and is easy to be configured.

The push-proof device is mounted between the body and the pushbutton and has a blocking protrusion and a blocking segment. The blocking protrusion is disposed on the pushbutton. The blocking segment is disposed on the body, selectively abuts the blocking protrusion and has a passage defined in the blocking segment to allow the blocking protrusion to pass the blocking segment. Accordingly, a push-proof capability is provided to the pushbutton to prevent the working element from extending out of the body unintentionally.

摘要： A multipurpose case having an inlet opening element and ejecting, retracting and protecting a core part without using a conventional cap. The case can use core parts having different sizes and usages in addition to specified core parts. The case can be produced at low cost and can easily eject or retract the core part by rotating or pulling the lower cap. The case includes an upper cap; a lower cap having an opening at an end and receiving a lower portion of the upper cap; an inlet opening element mounted to the lower cap and opening and closing the inlet part of the upper cap; a rotary actuator received in the lower cap; and a core part received in the rotary actuator so as to be ejected outside the upper cap along a spiral groove of the rotary actuator when the actuator is rotated by the lower cap.
