Abstract: A biomarker composition for predicting susceptibility to a therapeutic agent for neurofibromatosis by using Ras activity; and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating neurofibromatosis, including a Ras activity inhibitor. The biomarker composition can accurately diagnose susceptibility to a therapeutic agent for neurofibromatosis by measuring the expression levels of a GTP-bound and activated Ras (Ras-GTP) protein and an activated p-ERK protein or a gene encoding the same in a biological sample of an individual. The pharmaceutical composition inhibits the activity of Ras proteins, and thus can be effectively used for the prevention or treatment of neurofibromatosis in which the activity of the Ras proteins is increased.

The rs541169 can be advantageously used as a biomarker for predicting the occurrence of irAEs induced by immunotherapy or predicting responsiveness to immunotherapy.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a free-standing single-crystal membrane having a perovskite structure, the method comprising: applying an oxygen-deficient perovskite sacrificial layer having an ACuO2 structure (where A is at least one selected from the group consisting of calcium (Ca), strontium (Sr), and barium (Ba)) on a substrate; epitaxially growing a single-crystal membrane having a perovskite structure on the sacrificial layer; and selectively removing the sacrificial layer using an etchant, and provides a method for transferring a free-standing single-crystal membrane having a perovskite structure by using the method for manufacturing a free-standing single-crystal membrane having a perovskite structure.
