摘要: Disclosed are an endoscope knob device, an endoscope handle, and an endoscope. The endoscope knob device includes a first cable pulley defining a first perforation, a first matching portion, and a first latching portion; a second cable pulley defining a second matching portion and a second latching portion; and a first knob and a second knob which are sleeved over the first cable pulley and the second cable pulley, respectively. The first knob includes a third matching portion and a third latching portion that matches with the first latching portion. The third matching portion cooperates with the first matching portion, so that the first knob drives the first cable pulley to rotate. The second knob includes a fourth matching portion and a fourth latching portion. The fourth matching portion cooperates with the second matching portion, so that the second knob drives the second cable pulley to rotate.

The probe (103) in association with angulation wires (107) facilitates capturing the images of abnormalities along with digital image diagnosis, wherein the angulation wires (107) provides maximum field of surround-vision. The casing (101) has a transparent cap (105) configured for visualizing structure of the cavity. The casing (101) comprises an expandable outer cuff (104), for separating the walls of a body part.

The sheath device may include a rigidizing flexible tubular external sheath that extends over the endoscope to form an external protective barrier, a tubular internal sheath that extends within a lumen of the endoscope that forms an internal protective barrier, and a cap sealed to both the external sheath and the internal sheath. The sheath may be rigidized to enhance insertion.

The integrated container may include an irrigation supply tube having a first lumen in fluid communication with the fluid, a lens wash supply tube having a second lumen in fluid communication with the fluid, a gas supply tube having a third lumen in operative communication with the gas, and an optional alternative gas supply tube having a fourth lumen in fluid communication with the gas. The lens wash supply tube and the gas supply tube may be formed as a single, multi-lumen tube.

摘要: A medical cleaning valve (or cleaning valve) may be configured to provide cleaning functionality to fluid (e.g., air and water) channels of an endoscope. Many embodiments described herein may include a cleaning valve (or valve) that is appropriate for single-use and therefore may be disposable. Accordingly, the valve may be made from a limited number of parts and materials, e.g., to limit its cost and/or manufacturing complexity. For example, multiple seals may be integrally formed with a valve stem. In another example, the valve may have an interface member, which may combine and simplify the functionality of a number of components, such as by connecting the valve stem to a valve well, sealing an opening to a lumen in the valve stem, and/or biasing the valve stem into a position relative to the valve well.
