摘要: An organic light emitting diode device and a display device are disclosed. The organic light emitting diode device includes a cathode (7), an anode (1) and an emitting layer (4) between the cathode (7) and the anode (1), further includes a first charge generation layer (10) and a second charge generation layer (11), and/or, a third charge generation layer (12) and a fourth charge generation layer (13). The first charge generation layer (10) and the second charge generation layer (11) are disposed between the cathode (7) and the emitting layer (4), the first charge generation layer (10) is close to the emitting layer (4) and configured for transporting electrons. The third charge generation layer (12) and the fourth charge generation layer (13) are disposed between the anode (1) and the emitting layer (4) and the fourth charge generation layer (13) is close to the emitting layer (4) for transporting holes. Since electrons and holes need not be generated by the cathode (7) or the anode (1), there is no limitation on materials for the cathode and the anode.
