    摘要： An automated tablet tooling inspection system (100) for inspecting defects in tablet tooling's including upper punch, lower punch and die. The system (100) comprising of a base plate (101), a punch holder (102), a punch stopper (103), a die holder (104), a LM rail and carriage assembly (105), a LED Micrometer (107) to measure parameters of said tablet tooling, a Laser sensor or con focal sensor (108) to measure parameters of said tablet tooling and a control unit. The automated tooling inspection and system (100) reduces the inspection time of said tablet tooling by minimizing manual intervention; wherein said manual intervention is reduced by eliminating the requirement of changing configuration of said system (100) when a different type of tablet tooling is inspected such as TSM/Euro, B, D, BD, BB and BBS and the like.

    摘要： A pellet press machine, comprises a die block assembly for receiving powder to be compacted, and a press assembly for compacting the powder, the die block assembly laterally movable along a linear horizontal axis between the filling location at which an array of dies are filled with the powder to be pressed at the pressing location in which the powder in dies is pressed to form pellets. The filling assembly includes an auger driving by a motor to force the powder directly into dies. The auger further has a sharp edge sits right above the dies to force the powder directly into dies and the sharp edge scrapes the top surface of the dies so as to allow the high degree accuracy of filling dose for each die. With this filling assembly, the pellet press machine can product high density and small diameter pellet with high density and sticky density powder.

    摘要： A punch for simultaneously pressing two or more different powder formulas has a punch body with a first region and second region. The first region is comprised of a first material and configured to apply a first predetermined pressure to a first powder formula when a ram force is placed on the punch body. The second region is at least partially comprised of a second material and is configured to apply a second predetermined pressure to a second powder formula when the ram force is placed on the punch body. The second material is less hard than the first material such that the second predetermined pressure is less than the first predetermined pressure.

    摘要： A tablet compression machine which can manufacture a tablet having a plurality of layers by applying secondary compression molding to a columnar primary compression molded product formed by a plurality of layers and whose two bottom faces may be bulged, comprising at least a mortar, an upper pestle, and a lower pestle, in which the mortar is substantially in a shape in which a part of a flat plate is punched by a closed curve in a direction perpendicular to a plane of the flat plate, the upper and lower pestles are in a shape fitted with an inner face of the mortar, a space formed by an inner face of the mortar, a lower face of the upper pestle, and an upper face of the lower pestle is in a shape of an intended tablet in the secondary compression molding, a dent formed by the inner face of the mortar and the upper face of the lower pestle can constitute a shape suitable for receiving the primary compression molded product, and a direction of the secondary compression molding is different from the compression molding direction of the primary compression molded product. According to such a tablet compression machine, a multilayer tablet in a shape having a multilayer structure and not limited to columnar can be manufactured.
