Abstract: The present invention is a computer method for manufacturing and shipping sheathing materials, comprising: analysing, a building model, wherein the building model is comprised of a frame; identifying, each of the surfaces of the frame, wherein it is determined if the surface requires a sheathing material; selecting, a sheathing material for a surface based on the type of surface, wherein the sheathing material type has a predetermined panel size; calculating, the required area of sheathing material to substantially cover the surface; arranging, a set of panels of the sheathing material to substantially cover the surface; and formulating, a bundle, wherein the bundle is comprised of the pieces of the sheathing material required to substantially cover the surface.
