    摘要: The instant application is directed to an assembly for a drug delivery device which is arranged to operate in two distinct modes, a priming mode starting from a pre-priming state and a dispense mode operating in a post-priming state, and a drug delivery device comprising this assembly. The assembly comprises a dose member, an actuating member and a piston rod which is configured to act on a bung of an assembled cartridge containing the drug. In the pre-priming state the actuating member is configured to be moved by a user such that the movement of the actuating member causes a movement of the dose member and such that the movement of the dose member causes a movement of the piston rod. In the post-priming state the dose member is configured to be moved by a user without causing a movement of the actuating member in order to perform a set and dispense action of the drug delivery device.

    摘要: A resettable drive mechanism for a drug delivery device (1) comprises a piston rod assembly (32) and an interaction member (23). The piston rod assembly (32) comprises a guide track (18) running along the piston rod assembly (32), the guide track (18) comprising at least one delivery section (18A) and at least one reset section (18B). The reset section (18B) is arranged to continue the delivery section (18A). The delivery section (18A) comprises at least one blocking means (19). The interaction member (23) is configured to cooperate with the guide track (18). For delivering a dose of a drug (24), the piston rod assembly (32) is axially displaceable in a dose delivery direction away from an axial starting position, the interaction member (23) cooperating with the delivery section (18A) and the blocking means (19) passing the interaction member (23) when the piston rod assembly (32) is displaced in the dose delivery direction. Axial displacement of the piston rod assembly (32) towards the axial starting position is prevented by mechanical interaction of the blocking means (19) and the interaction member (23) when the interaction member (23) cooperates with the delivery section (18A). For resetting the drug delivery device (1), the interaction member (23) is configured to cooperate with the reset section (18B), the piston rod assembly (32) being axially displaced towards the axial starting position, the blocking means (19) being offset from the interaction member (23) and passing the axial position of the interaction member (23) when the piston rod assembly (32) is axially displaced towards the axial starting position.     摘要: The present invention relates to injectors, such as pen-type injectors, that provide for administration of medicinal products from a multidose cartridge and permit a user to set the delivery dose. The injector may include a housing, a cartridge containing medicinal product, the cartridge being retained within the housing, means for selecting a dose of medicinal product to be expelled, and means for expelling the selected dose of medicinal product. The housing may be a unitary housing within which the means for selecting a dose and the means for expelling the selected dose are moveably retained. Alternatively, the injector may include a housing, a piston rod, an insert located in the housing and through which the piston may rotate, ratchet means, a dose dial sleeve, a drive sleeve, a button located on the drive sleeve and rotatable with respect to the drive sleeve, and clutch means which upon depression of the button prevents rotation between the dose dial sleeve and the drive sleeve.

The actuator comprises an impact member urged by a spring and temporarily restrained by a latch, the impact member being movable in a first direction under the force of the spring to first strike the free piston and then to continue to move the piston in the first direction to expel a dose of liquid through the liquid outlet, the spring providing a built-in energy store. A pressure pad surrounds the said liquid outlet and, in use, bears on the subject's skin. The actuator may be formed of two main housing components urged apart by an integral cantilever spring formed on one of them, a safety catch can be provided to prevent inadvertent actuation.

    摘要: According to one aspect, a resettable drive assembly for a drug delivery device is provided for. The resettable drive assembly may comprise a housing having a proximal end and a distal end, a piston rod being rotatable with respect to the housing and being axially displaceable with respect to the housing between a proximal start position and a distal end position, a drive member for distally displacing the piston rod towards the end position when dispensing a dose, and a stop member. The drive assembly may be configured such that the drive member is operable to interact with the piston rod for forming an unlockable first interlock, the first interlock being operable to block proximal movement of the piston rod with respect to the drive member. The drive assembly may be configured such that the stop member is operable to interact with the piston rod for forming an unlockable second interlock, the second interlock being operable to block proximal movement of the piston rod with respect to the housing. The drive assembly may be configured such that, when the drive assembly is in a drive mode, the first and second interlocks are locked such that proximal movement of the piston rod from the end position to the start position is prevented by the first interlock and the second interlock. The drive assembly may be configured such that, for switching the drive assembly from the drive mode to a reset mode, the piston rod is rotatable with respect to the drive member for unlocking the first interlock and the stop member and the piston rod are rotatable with respect to each other for unlocking the second interlock. The drive assembly may be configured such that, when the drive assembly is in the reset mode, the first interlock and the second interlock are unlocked such that proximal movement of the piston rod to the start position is allowed. Further, a drug delivery device and a use of a spring are provided for.
