摘要： A method and apparatus are provided for guiding first and second bands of a continuously working press via driving drums and return drums around a pressing ram and a pressing table, respectively, while supporting the steel bands, with an adjustable pressing gap formed therebetween, on a plurality of co-rotating steel rods which are guided with their axes of rotation extending transversely to the direction of travel of the bands. A device is provided for realigning the first steel band with respect to a longitudinal center-line of the press and the pressing table. The realigning step includes the steps of relieving pressure in short-stroke pressure cylinders located in a high-pressure region of the press, and then horizontally rotating the pressing ram and those pressure rollers and pressure drums which are connected to the pressing ram through an angle .alpha. about a vertical axis of rotation which is located on the longitudinal center-line of the press.

摘要： A continuously working press is provided wherein steel bands of at least 2 mm thickness are used, and the roller bars have a diameter of at least 20 mm, preferably 21 mm. The roller bars, at the end faces thereof, are mounted in guide chains driven by entry sprockets. The entry and feed sprockets, which are fixed on the same axis, of the table and press ram are controlled in a synchronized manner and, in each case with the same radius, enclose both the roller bars as well as the link sleeves or the protective rollers in such a way that the center axes of the top and bottom roller bars are in alignment with one another in the pressure direction.

摘要： A press is operable to form pressed materials such as fiberboard or chipboard. The press includes a press ram and a press platen facing one another to define a pressing region therebetween, and a plurality of rolling rods which support moving bands which draw the article through an entry region of the press and through the pressing region. An entry alignment device for the rolling rods includes first and second resilient pressure holding plates which impose a progressively increasing non-positive clamping force on the rolling rods as the rolling rods pass through the entry region, and first and second pilgrim-step mechanisms, each having a plurality of toothed members which are raised and lowered to periodically engage gaps formed between the rolling rods to impose a positive clamping force on the rods.

摘要： A press apparatus is provided wherein the vacuum suction lifters, due to a swing-in movement, can be moved more quickly into the lifting position for attaching the finish-coated panel by suction and, due to the telescopic extension, can be accurately set to the statically best longitudinal positions for panels of various widths. By a positioning and drive device, rolling belt trays used according to the invention can be moved accurately at various positions into the press area in conformity with different panel widths. As a result of the construction members and measures according to the invention, the movable parts have been further reduced in weight, thereby permitting faster movements. Furthermore, this results in higher flexibility and greater operational readiness of the short-cycle installation when changing over to other panel widths. The higher flexibility and better operational readiness, as well as longer service times of the installation, are also aided by the advantageous design of the conveying belts having a mechanical hinge connection for rapid repacement of any damaged belts. The convenient covering of the hinges with plastic is intended to help to protect the deflection pulleys in the inlet and outlet area of the press and also to protect the films during transport on the conveying belts.

摘要： A laminated wood panel manufacturing device is provided for use with daylight presses. A pressure strip is arranged in a longitudinal direction of the press. 摘要： An injection press comprises a machine base and a machine bed which is lower than the machine base. A mold closure unit which contains a mold as one wall constructed to support the closure unit horizontally on an upper surface of the machine base. A bracket is pivotally attached between the mold closure unit and the machine bed and is of such a length to permit the closure unit to slide between first and second positions on the machine base. Means are provided for securing the bracket to the machine base when the closure unit is in the first position such that the closure unit may be pivoted upright while being supported by the bracket.
