The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a CSI-RS transmission method, a network device, and user equipment, so as to resolve a technical problem that a waste of power is relatively severe when a CSI-RS is transmitted. In embodiments of the present invention, a CSI-RS is precoded, which is equivalent to that beamforming is performed on the CSI-RS, so as to align with user equipment as far as possible when the CSI-RS is transmitted, thereby reducing a loss of transmit power in an environment and improving utilization of transmit power.
Abstract:
A method for transmitting channel state information and a transmission device includes sending, by a first device, carrier indication information to a second device, where the carrier indication information is used to indicate a carrier resource used when the second device sends channel state information of an unlicensed carrier; and receiving, by the first device, the channel state information sent by the second device. The first device indicates the carrier resource used for transmitting the channel state information, so that the second device can send the channel state information of the unlicensed carrier to the first device in time, and the first device can make a corresponding scheduling decision in time according to the channel state information of the unlicensed carrier.

Embodiments disclose a radio network information management method and a network device. A radio network information management method is disclosed, where the method includes determining that a user equipment UE exists in a first mobility management unit, and determining radio network information of the first mobility management unit according to measurement statistic information of the UE in the first mobility management unit. It is therefore implemented that a granularity of acquiring and managing radio network information in a cell is per mobility management unit, and for a complex cell coverage environment, difference a neighboring cells between different areas of the cell and difference about interference between different areas of the cell are specified. The embodiments further disclose a network device.
