Abstract: This application provides a data sending and receiving method. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, a first PDCCH and a second PDCCH, where the first PDCCH is used to schedule a first PDSCH, and the first PDSCH is used to transmit first data; determining, based on the first PDCCH and the second PDCCH, a first resource used to transmit the first data, where the first resource is a part or all of a resource of the first PDSCH; and receiving, by the terminal device, the first data from a network device on the first resource. The first resource is determined with reference to the first PDCCH and the second PDCCH, to avoid a problem that receiving performance of the first PDSCH and the second PDCCH may deteriorate when a resource of the second PDCCH overlaps the resource of the first PDSCH.

Abstract: A data transmission method between a plurality of transmit end devices and a receive end device includes receiving at least one piece of transmission control information. The transmission control information controls data transmission between transmit and receive end devices. The retransmission control operation includes the retransmission process identifier included in the piece of transmission control information.

Abstract: This application provides a UCI sending and receiving method and a communications apparatus. In the method, an association relationship between a PUCCH and a PUSCH is established, so that when resources of the PUSCH and the PUCCH overlap, a terminal device can determine UCI on which PUCCHs can be transmitted by multiplexing the resource of the PUSCH. A network device may receive the UCI on the PUSCH. Because the network device may know in advance which PUCCHs and PUSCHs are sent to the network device, the network device can demodulate and decode a signal on the received PUSCHs, to successfully obtain UCI. The network device can make a proper decision based on the UCI.
