Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and an apparatus for managing quality of service in a wireless communications system. A radio access network device receives service data through n bearers between a core network device and the radio access network device, where the service data includes a plurality of service flows mapped to the n bearers, and n is an integer greater than or equal to 1. The radio access network device performs flow demapping of the received service data according to a QoS rule, to obtain the plurality of service flows. The radio access network device maps, according to the QoS rule, at least some of the plurality of service flows obtained through the flow demapping to t bearers between the radio access network device and a user equipment for transmission, where t is an integer greater than or equal to 1.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application disclose a wireless communication method, user equipment, an access network device, a core network device, and a network system. The method comprises receiving, by user equipment, downlink data from a first bearer, where a reflective quality of service QoS attribute of the first bearer is Support; when the user equipment needs to send, to an access network device, uplink data corresponding to the downlink data, determining, by the user equipment, a second bearer, where QoS information of the second bearer is determined based on QoS information of the first bearer; and sending, by the user equipment, the uplink data by using the second bearer. According to the method, signaling overheads and a delay can be reduced.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of communications technologies, and disclose a positioning method and device, so as to resolve a prior-art problem of relatively low positioning precision caused by a relatively long message transmission delay. A specific solution is as follows: A positioning controller: sends, to a user device, a message that carries positioning auxiliary information including an identifier of a first base station and an identifier of at least one second base station; receives a message that carries a positioning measurement result; obtains location information of the first base station and location information of the at least one second base station; and determines location information of the user device according to the positioning measurement result, the location information of the first base station, and the location information of the at least one second base station.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a positioning method based on a time difference of arrival, user equipment, and a network device. The method includes: calculating, by user equipment, a first time difference of arrival RSTD1 based on positioning signals sent by a first base station and a second base station at a same moment; calculating a second time difference of arrival RSTD2 based on known location information of the user equipment; calculating a time alignment error TAE based on the RSTD1 and the RSTD2; and performing, based on the TAE, positioning based on a time difference of arrival TDOA. According to this method, the TAE caused by the base stations is subtracted during positioning calculation. In other words, the time alignment error caused by the base stations is eliminated. Therefore, accuracy of TDOA-based positioning can be ensured.
