Abstract: A method may include: dividing, by a sending device into k code blocks CBs, a TB into which a cyclic redundancy check bit is loaded; then separately performing channel coding on the k CBs, to obtain a bit sequence Sj, where j=1, 2, . . . , and k, and a set S={S1, S2, . . . , Sk}; and mapping, by the sending device, some or all bit sequences in all elements in S to transmission resources in N basic transmission time units, where some or all bit sequences in the Sj are mapped to transmission resources in Mj basic transmission time units, and a last bit in the Sj mapped to an mth basic transmission time unit in the Mj basic transmission time units and a first bit in the Sj mapped to an (m+1)th basic transmission time unit are contiguous in the Sj.

Abstract: This application discloses communication methods and communication apparatuses. A terminal device receives indication information from a network device. The indication information includes one or more indication parameters. The terminal device obtains one or more pieces of configuration information based on the indication parameters. The terminal device performs uplink or downlink data transmission according to the one or more pieces of configuration information. Each pieces of configuration information includes information of a starting location and information of a quantity of time domain symbols in a slot that are occupied by uplink data or downlink data. Each piece of configuration information is selected from a first set of configuration information or a second set of configuration information. The first set of configuration information corresponds to a first mapping type of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and the second set of configuration information corresponds to a second mapping type of the PDSCH.

Abstract: Embodiments in this application relate to method and apparatus for transmitting downlink control information. A network device determines downlink control information, where the downlink control information includes at least one information field. The network device sends the downlink control information to a terminal device in a common search space or a common control resource set, or sends the downlink control information to the terminal device in a specific search space or a specific control resource set. The terminal device receives the downlink control information, and determines information indicated by the at least one information field of the downlink control information. According to the solutions provided in the embodiments of this application, requirements of various communication scenarios can be better satisfied.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a control information sending method and apparatus. A network device generates first control information for a first TB, where the first TB includes n code block (CB) groups, where N is a maximum quantity of CB groups included in the first TB; each CB group includes at least one CB; the first control information includes N control information fields, and the N control information fields are in correspondence with the maximum N CB groups included in the first TB; and a control information field i in the N control information fields is used to indicate whether a CB group corresponding to the control information field i is to be sent or received, and i∈[1, N]. In this way, a quantity of bits included in downlink control information can remain fixed, thereby reducing blind detection complexity of a terminal device.
