Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data signal compensation method for a pixel circuit, including: inputting a test signal to the data signal line, and detecting a real-time voltage at the first node after a first preset time elapses; comparing the real-time voltage with a preset voltage, and in response to the real-time voltage being deviated from the preset voltage, adjusting an initial compensation value for a mobility, so as to make the real-time voltage be consistent with the preset voltage, wherein the preset voltage is set by obtaining an initial threshold voltage for the driving transistor; generating a compensation test signal and inputting the compensation test signal to the data signal line; and generating a test signal, inputting the generated test signal to the data signal line, and sensing a first voltage at the first node after a first preset time elapses as the preset voltage.

Abstract: A driving method of an organic light-emitting display device, the display device includes a plurality of sub-pixels, each of the sub-pixels includes a driving transistor, an organic light-emitting diode and a sense line connected to the driving transistor and the organic light-emitting diode, the method includes: detecting threshold voltages of driving transistors of the sub-pixels or turn-on voltages of organic light-emitting diodes of the sub-pixels by sense lines; calculating a first driving voltage of a data driving circuit or a second driving voltage applied to anodes of the organic light-emitting diodes according to all detected threshold voltages or detected turn-on voltages respectively; and based on the first driving voltage or the second driving voltage, applying data driving voltages and supply voltages to the sub-pixels.

Abstract: A pixel circuit is provided which includes a data writing module, a drive module, a control module and an electrochromic device. The data writing module provides a data signal to the control terminal of the drive module under the control of a first control signal. The drive module drives the electrochromic device for color development or color fading according to a power supply voltage signal under the control of the data signal. The control module controls the conduction between the drive module and the electrochromic device on the basis of a second control signal, and the control module controls the conduction so that the conduction is realized later than the change in the power supply voltage signal. The pixel circuit effectively removes interference of the power supply voltage signal, avoids display fluctuations caused by the change in the power supply voltage signal, and further improves the display effect.

Abstract: The present application discloses an analog-to-digital conversion (ADC) circuit. The circuit includes an integral circuit including an operational amplifier and an integral capacitor. The circuit further includes a comparator and a timer. The operational amplifier includes a positive input terminal configured to receive a first voltage, a negative input terminal coupled to a signal-collection line configured to collect an analog current signal, and an output terminal configured to output a first output signal. The comparator is configured to compare the first output signal with a second voltage to generate a second output signal to the timer. The timer is configured to start a timing operation when the operational amplifier receives the analog current signal and end the timing operation when the second output signal changes. A binary data resulted from the timing operation characterizes a digital signal corresponding to the analog current signal.
