    Abstract: A sidelink information transmission method, a communications device, and a network device, the method including sending, by a network device, first indication information to a device, the first indication information indicating a first resource that is a resource set used to transmit sidelink information, where the first indication information is used to obtain a correspondence satisfied by a time-domain resource and a frequency-domain resource of a resource that is in the first resource and that is used to transmit the sidelink control information, and sending, to the device, control information indicating a second resource belonging to the first resource, and having a third resource used to send the sidelink control information to a second communications device and satisfying the correspondence, and having a fourth resource used by the device to send the sidelink data to a second device based on the sidelink control information.

    Abstract: This application relates to the field of wireless communications technologies, and provides a method for communication between terminals, a network-side device, and a terminal. The method discloses that the network-side device allocates, to the terminal, time-frequency resources for transmitting uplink information and sidelink information. On the time-frequency resources and at a same moment in a range of time domain-frequency resources, the terminal transmits the uplink information used for performing uplink beamform training to the network-side device, and transmits the sidelink information used for performing sidelink beamform training to another terminal. According to solutions provided in this application, based on conventional uplink and downlink beamform training procedures, the terminal performs the sidelink beamform training without additionally using a new time-frequency resource.

    Abstract: A sidelink control information sending and receiving method, a terminal apparatus, and a system are provided in this application, and may be applied to fields such as vehicle-to-everything (for example, V2X, LTE-V, or V2V), intelligent driving, and an intelligent connected vehicle. In a scenario in which second-stage SCI is not required in a sidelink communication system, a transmit end apparatus in sidelink communication indicates, by using first-stage SCI, a cyclic redundancy check bit corresponding to the first-stage SCI, or a reference signal used to demodulate the first-stage SCI, that the transmit end apparatus is not to send the second-stage SCI to a receive end apparatus. In this way, the transmit end apparatus may flexibly choose, based on a specific scenario of the sidelink communication, to use 2-stage SCI or 1-stage SCI, to avoid resource waste caused by using the 2-stage SCI in any scenario of the sidelink communication, thereby improving resource utilization efficiency.
