摘要: A sole structure 1 for a shoe comprises an upper sheet portion 2 disposed on the upper side of the sole structure, and a plurality of curved sheet portions 3 (31-35) that are provided on the lower surface of the upper sheet portion 2, that have downwardly convexedly curved portions 31-35, respectively, and that are disposed side by side and partially overlapped with each other in the longitudinal direction. Each of the curved sheet portions 31-35 has a first end A (A1-A5) and a second end B (B1-B5) on the opposite sides of each of the downwardly convexedly curved portions 31-35. The first end A of the curved sheet portion 3 is located on the front side of the sole structure 1 and fixed to the lower surface of the upper sheet portion 2. The second end B of the curved sheet portion 3 is located on the rear side of the sole structure 1 and fixed to the external surface of the adjacent curved sheet portion 3.

摘要: A phase change memory includes a sidewall insulation film and a heater electrode which are formed in a contact hole formed in an interlayer insulation film on a lower electrode. The heater electrode has a recessed structure. In a recessed area surrounded by the sidewall insulation film, the heater electrode and a phase change film are contacted with each other. A phase change region is formed only in an area contacted with the sidewall insulation film. The sidewall insulation film is an anti-oxidizing insulation film. The phase change region and the heater electrode which are heated to a high temperature upon rewriting are not contacted with the interlayer insulation film as an oxidizing insulation film.

摘要: In a semiconductor device, a phase change layer is formed as a side wall and is therefore reduced in volume. Even if the number of times of rewriting is small, the phase change layer is entirely used as a phase change region. Therefore, the phase change region is not increased in volume even if the number of times of rewriting is increased. Since the volume of the phase change region is not changed, an electric current level required for rewriting is constant. Thus, the semiconductor device having a memory cell capable of carrying out stable rewriting is obtained.

摘要: A system for assisting shoe selection can select and present a shoe type that fits a customer by estimating the anatomical characteristics of a foot from the state of the foot. The system includes the following: a measured data input portion for measuring and inputting data that show the state of a foot of a person to be measured; a normalization processing portion for normalizing the data input from the measured data input portion and storing the normalized data at least temporarily; a shoe catalog database for storing information of a plurality of types of shoes; and a selection portion for estimating the anatomical characteristics of the foot of the person based on the normalized data, referring to the shoe catalog database based on the anatomical characteristics, and selecting and presenting a shoe type that fits the person.

摘要: A sole assembly (1) for a sports shoe includes an upper layer (10), a middle layer (20) and a lower layer (30), which are integral with each other. The upper layer (10) and the lower layer (30) are formed of soft elastic materials, such as foamed rubber or the like. The middle layer (20) has a sheet (22) formed of synthetic resin or synthetic rubber with a hardness greater than that of the upper layer (10) and the lower layer (30). The sheet (22) has a plurality of protrusions or cleats (21) of truncated cone-shape that protrude downwardly and that are formed integrally with the sheet (22). The lower layer (30) has a plurality of through holes (31) receiving respective cleats (21) for insertion thereinto. The lower layer (30) made of a soft elastic member secures gripping properties and shock absorbing properties. An edge portion of a distal end (21a) of the cleat (21) advances the gripping properties by contacting the ground.
