摘要: A wireless mobile router (140) includes wireless network interfaces (202) and (218) attached to a network controller (142). The wireless network interface (202) communicates with a cellular network (110) to access cellular network services. The wireless network interface (218) and the network controller (142) comprise a WLAN (170) or PAN (180) and a network router hosting a plurality of client devices. Each client device may access a wide area network, WAN over the cellular network. The wireless mobile router (140) is configured to exchange various cellular network signals with various WLAN and PAN networks. The wireless mobile router (140) is particularly suitable for use in a vehicle or at locations where WAN access is not readily available.

摘要: A method provides information about stations in an irrigation system which are simultaneously active. An irrigation flow curve image is displayed which summarizes flow information for an irrigation system. The method interacts with a user to receive an indication from a user interface pointing device of a position within a flow curve area of the irrigation flow curve image on the display. The method retrieves detail information for stations in the irrigation system which are simultaneously active at a time indicated by the position of the user interface pointing device. Detail information is displayed isolating the stations in the irrigation system which are simultaneously active at the time indicated by the position of the user interface pointing device, wherein the detail information further individually indicates irrigation activity for stations which are simultaneously active at the time indicated by the position of the user interface pointing device.

摘要: An intelligent sensor includes an irrigation related data sensor for sensing irrigation related data and a network processor coupled to the irrigation related data sensor for receiving the irrigation data. The intelligent sensor also includes an interface coupled to the network processor for coupling the intelligent sensor to a communication bus of a peer-to-peer distributed network. The intelligent sensor also includes a memory including instructions for configuring the processor to generate a broadcast message including the irrigation related data. The interface transmits the broadcast message to a destination node coupled to the peer-to-peer distributed network via the communication bus. The destination node can be satellite field irrigation controllers or a control device.

摘要: An integrated intelligent environment provides responses to incoming user requests for information. Aspects of the integrated intelligence environment allow information to be efficiently gathered from past solutions, and/or new information to be collected from multiple information sources. The integrated intelligence may include learning agents, mobile objects, and optimizer components that allow for the efficient gathering of information across multiple platforms. The learning agents facilitate providing a response to the user request by determining how similar requests were handled in the past. The mobile objects are configured to seek information from the multiple information sources, and may utilize a publish and subscribe framework. The optimizer determines whether a cost associated with a possible solution justifies use of that solution. A feedback mechanism allows users to rate the provided responses to their requests for information. This rating information may then be utilized in satisfying future requests for information.

摘要: Handles associate respective native resources with an application that utilizes a library to call for the native resource. Each handle is created to track a native resource that has been allocated to an application. All native resources associated with the application are freed by examining the handles to find those native resources still being held by the application after they are no longer being used, or when that application has been, or is being, terminated. If a native resource is requested by the application and found to be unavailable, the handles are reviewed to collect allocated native resources that are found to be unneeded by their respective applications. A collected native resource corresponding to the requested native resource is thereby made available to be reallocated to the requesting application.
