摘要: In a laser machining apparatus that performs machining by a laser beam (4) emitted from a laser oscillator (1), the laser machining apparatus herein provided includes an aperture (5) placed in a light path of the laser beam (4) emitted from the laser oscillator (1) so as to block a perimeter portion of the laser beam (4) and to transmit a middle portion thereof, and a beam-power measurement sensor (6) for measuring beam power of a laser beam (20) transmitted through the aperture (5), whereby it utilizes that beam power of the laser beam transmitted through the aperture (5) significantly changes (the more degraded, the more the beam power rises) due to a degradation condition of an output mirror (2) when the output mirror in the laser oscillator (1) becomes in high thermal loading condition due to the laser beam with high beam power, so that the degradation condition of the output mirror (2) is determined.

摘要: A dynamic bearing device allows production of a smaller housing at low cost and suppresses ion elution from the resin portion to thereby maintain cleanliness in the dynamic bearing device and exert a desired bearing performance. A dynamic bearing device 1 is equipped with a bearing sleeve 8 fixed to the inner periphery of the housing 7, and a rotary member rotatable relative to the bearing sleeve 8 and the housing 7, in which the rotary member is supported in the radial direction and the thrust direction in a non-contact manner by a dynamic pressure action of a lubricant fluid generated in a bearing clearance. The housing 7 is formed by injection molding of a resin composition containing polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) as the base resin and PAN type carbon fibers as a filler.

摘要: A cartridge detachable from a printer has a roll paper unit including roll paper, a roller, and flanges, and a separation member used to pull out the roll paper from the roll paper unit. Upon rotating the roll paper unit in a direction to feed out the roll paper, the roll paper is brought into contact with the separation member, thereby pulling out the roll paper from the roll paper unit and feeding out the roll paper to outside the cartridge.

摘要: In this type of fluid dynamic bearing device, a dynamic pressure generating part having high molding accuracy is formed at low cost.A rotating member 2 includes a shaft part 9, and a holding member 10 as a thrust member provided in one end of the shaft part 9. In a partial annular region of a lower end surface 10a1 of a disk part 10a making up the holding member 10, a region where a plurality of dynamic pressure grooves 10a2 and a plurality of sectioning parts 10a3 formed between the plurality of dynamic pressure grooves 10a2 to section the respective dynamic pressure grooves 10a2 are arrayed spirally is formed. The above-described dynamic-pressure-groove 10a2 arrayed region is opposed to an upper end surface 8a of a housing part 8, and forms a thrust bearing clearance of a thrust bearing part T between the dynamic-pressure-groove 10a2 and the upper end surface 8a during the rotation of the shaft part 9. The above-described dynamic-pressure-groove 10a2 arrayed region is molded in the lower end surface 10a1 of the holding member 10 by press working.

摘要: Provided is a fluid bearing device with a hub part having high molding precision and dimensional stability and capable of being produced at low cost. An annular gate (14) is formed at a portion of a cavity (15) corresponding to an outer peripheral edge portion of a lower end surface (10c1) of a flange part (10c), and a molten resin (P) is filled into the cavity (15) through the annular gate (14) to form a hub part (10) made of resin. The hub part (10) molded by the injection molding exhibits a radial resin orientation through an entire periphery thereof. Further, an annular gate trace (16) is formed at the outer peripheral edge portion of the lower end surface (10c1) of the flange part (10c) of the hub part (10).
